It was out in the middle of nowhere, wasn't expecting much, but it was very nice, a quiant little town. About 5/6 minutes down the road, the Smuckers Co. has a little shop that we went into, all kinds of goodies and Smucker history. The room was more than big enough, comfy bed/pillows, nice sized bathroom with plenty of sink/counter space. The hotel had a lounge/bar that was open in the evening for adults that wanted to relax. We travel ALOT, and it's the first of us, it was a nice little surprise. Breakfast was ok with waffles, biscuits/gravy, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and juice. Definitely a little town with a great place to stay, definitely would stay again if in the area.

This was one of the nicer places we have stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was a little leery considering that it was in a small town BUT we got small town friendliness and service and that trumps major hotel chains any day.

The breakfast was little below what we have experienced in the past at other establishments. The only drawback was the link sausage appeared to have been steamed rather than cooked in a skillet or oven. My wife and I like for our sausage to be browned all over. They were good and edible (2 helpings).

Very friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again!

Only complaints were rude people in room next to our room. The noise in the room next to us on Saturday was extremely loud. We called down to front desk at 12:15am the front desk clerk did call their room. It got a little quiet, but started back up til almost 2am. Not the hotels fault, just rude people. The light fixtures in the room were really dusty.

This Hotel was very convenient to our travels from Canada to NC. We needed a pet friendly stay and it fit our needs exactly. The dog walking area was very convenient to our room. in addition, the mattresses and bed linens were excellent!

The hotel was extremely clean, recently updated, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and they had a lot of amenities too. Overall excellent value and being pet friendly is a big plus.

The breakfast was adequate and I liked the extended hours on the weekend. The breakfast room was clean and sunny and there was a variety of choices to accommodate most diets. I do wish there had been more of a variety of fresh fruit.

There is a dropoff in the front parking lot that could be dangerous at night. There should be a fence or landscaping design so that travelers are aware. If a motorist didn't see it they could roll down the hill into the main highway.

This was my first stay here, and in fact at any Cobblestone Hotel. Staff were pleasant, room was super clean, nothing appeared to be in need of repair, the saltwater pool was much appreciated, and a good breakfast to boot. Best stay on our entire trip.

Location was a little off our beaten path.

The person who checked me was the owner himself. He was personable, friendly and very proud of his hotel. The lobby was already decorated beautifully for Christmas. My room was hygenically clean. It was a pleasure to stay there. This hotel chain serves small cities with fewer than 10,000 residents. I felt lucky to find a nice hotel in the small city of Orrville, OH.

the bathroom door in room 302 needs to be greased it was extremely noisy

The breakfast was alright. I learned to get there early to avoid overcooked eggs. The exercise room was clean and the one piece of equipment that was non-functioning on day 1 was back to working on day 2.

Going 5 days without even waste baskets emptied or carpet vacuumed in my room was a bit much. I can get along without fresh sheets and towels every day, but waste baskets should be emptied daily and carpet vacuumed every other day.
