Loved our stay at the Hampton Inn Madison. We travel quite a bit and it can be really hard to find a hotel that is comfortable and quiet! We stayed for multiple days including a weekend and we’re able to sleep amazingly every night. There was no noise pollution waking us up, the beds were very comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed during our trip. I also really liked the free breakfast and that they had a variety of options which changed everyday so we weren’t stuck eating the exact same thing everyday we were there.

The first room we were assigned had a strange smell, however we asked for a different room right away and they were able to accommodate us without any issues and no problems the rest of our stay! The location may cause some people issues since there is not much around the hotel, but if you are traveling with a car this is a blessing rather than a hindrance because the area is beautiful to drive around in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is small but clean, and pool was heated which my kids enjoyed. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for our needs. If we had stayed longer, we would have visited one of the local wineries.

The bed linens did not fit the bed well and kept coming off. We stayed on the second floor and it had a strong smell in the hallway - perhaps from new carpeting? Our room adjoined the room next door and it was not well sound-proofed. We were waken up in the night by our neighbor's loud TV.

Convenient location. Very nice workout facility with great water cooler. Nice breakfast-clean area with a lot of options for food. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Frustrating when the big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/lotion (which we very much prefer to the tiny single use plastic bottles) are empty! Only the conditioner was, and we walked down to front desk and she gave us single use bottles, but still. Should be standard housekeeping to check and refill those!

This property was super clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail and convenience in the room like sliding door to bathroom allowing more space in the room, dark blinds that were easy to raise and lower, USB charging stations and more. We had our small dog with us and there was plenty of room to set up her crate and her dishes in an area off the carpet. They even had free dog treats at the desk. Breakfast was unexpectedly nice with omelets, yogurt, cereal, sausage and more. I have saved my information on this hotel so we can stay there again in the future!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and hotel itself was very nice. Nice outdoor area to relax and sit. Room was comfortable and clean. We did lose power during the night due to a storm but power was restored fairly quickly. One guest said it happens alot during storms rolling through. Loved that we had full size pillows on the beds.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. He loved the treats at the front desk! The human food at breakfast was great too, and it exceeded our expectations for a hotel breakfast.

A very small detail - the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and it kept sliding off the corners.

Everything was good for us,we enjoyed this motel last yr,(2022)An came bk for 2023,an going to come bk again late summer,The staff was great to n clean rooms,loved it ,thanks for helping us to have a great time🌅❤️🙏❤️

Honestly,I don't know of anything, that we didn't like ,lol We finally found a nice Motel,that we really enjoy visiting ❤️🙏❤️We felt blessed 🌅

The breakfast was amazing with new offerings each day. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious. You could see the pride in the staff and the dedication they had to keeping things looking good and feeling comfortable.

I cannot think of one thing that didn't meet or exceed our expectations.

It was a good stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good but could have had more variety.

Room was fine. Not sure but it kind of smelled like there was a dog there. I know it is dog friendly but I would hope they keep dog friendly rooms separated from other rooms because some people hav allergies to pet hair and smell.

The Hampton Inn offered the best and healthiest of the 6 breakfasts we had during out 16 day trip. I especially liked the wide selection of real [not canned] cut-up and whole pieces of fruit, and hard boiled eggs .and excellent coffee! Many hotel breakfasts are too heavily focused on starches , sugars , strange-tasting scrambled eggs and no multigrain options or fresh fruit.

Lack of easy-to-follow copies of street maps of the area including listing of the nearby restaurants and special sights. .
