The desk clerk Jennifer did an outstanding job helping with a reservation mixup from Booking.

We had a very difficult time trying to understand the online help at Booking. Neil tried real hard, but ESL was still too heavily accented.

I loved the modern room with full-size beds instead of huge queen beds, just the right amount and type of pillows and soft linens and a warm blanket. The room was toasty warm. I appreciate having a non-carpeted floor. I like that it is pet friendly at an additional reasonable cost although we were pet free today. I love having the option for a late check out for a minimal fee too. A huge bonus was having a staff member offer to shovel out to gain safe and easy entry around my car particularly with the huge lake storm that came through dumping tons of snow.

It would’ve been great to have hard boiled eggs in addition to the variety of other breakfast options.

A great value in a great location for what we were doing in the area. Newly renovated (they finished painting the lobby the night we arrived) and updated. Rooms have tiled flooring which meant we felt the room was cleaner than when there is carpeting. Quiet. Basic breakfast items (toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, oatmeal, and the ubiquitous waffle maker).

Some form of fresh fruit at the breakfast bar would have been fabulous.

The staff were polite and helpful and reception was open 24/7. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had good aircon, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom had a bath and shower. Late check-out (1pm) was $20. All in all it was great value I think.

It didn’t matter too much but it’s worth noting there is no elevator and they are not able to store luggage.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast area was clean and set up early.

The facilities obviously needed a redo. The wall paint was chipped, and the furniture was older and chipped.. My room has a "funny" odor. I did overlook this and have stayed here twice due to the clean sheets, towels, and price.

Staff is/ was very friendly, even though I was grumpy from driving, lol. They took cleanliness very seriously, despite an out dated look. I appreciated that those who were sick still wore a mask.

If I pay online and set my reservation I would like to have my keys and be verified. I’m NOT a people person lol.

I wish they told us not to do the pre-check in. They run your card at pre-check in (check in from the text link they send you). It said a small fee; it was the full amount. Then when you actually check in, they charge you the full amount. Just wish that was more clear

Great location. Convenient for highway and food sources, but quiet. Night clerk was very helpful and friendly about switching rooms because the first room smelled smokey. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money when traveling with a dog.

Breakfast was very limited.

The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Over all a very good experience. The desk personnel were courteous and helpful. Good parking and close to Bob Evans Restaurant one of our favorites. I would highly recommend this hotel.

location, value, all were excellent. I did not expect much because of the rating, as well as the cheap cost. when we got in, it was very close to so many places to eat, entertainment, shopping, couldn’t be beat. room was clean, and had all the amenities I needed, keeping in mind this isn’t a 4/5 star hotel. what it is, is a very comfortable, inexpensive, clean room that gets you close to everything you want. very happy with my stay.

there is construction going on nearby, so, early on one day, there was a great deal of noise for an hour. beyond the hotels control, and it won’t be there forever. that, and I extended my 2 day stay to 7 days, and that was an issue only 1 morning. oh, the breakfast is a roll and coffee. ( juice too?) again, not expecting a huge spread for this price.
