There is no restaurant inside the hotel, but Lovepreet & Tiffany (The New Hotel Managers) have IMPROVED the entire hotel TREMENDOUSLY! With Kalm Kevin, Ralph (“The Sharp One”) & Lulu Luv💗 as Front Desk Services, THIS RADISSON IS WINNING!!!🥇

I love how quiet it is & the large room sizes. I come to Cleveland area every 6 months & have stayed in various places until I discovered this Radisson. The rates are very reasonable & even though it’s not the most updated hotel in the area, it is very clean & has everything I need for my overnight stays. And even though the in-house restaurant has been closed since Covid outbreak up to this last stay12/14/22), there are multiple restaurants plus a mall right next to it. I’ve already got my next visit in June 2023 booked!!

Maria at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. We were delayed and arrived at 4 am after a long stressful night of travel, and she took such good care of us, it felt like we were family. She's an incredible person

The cleanliness of the room could've been better and there was visible splatter on the wall, but much better thab similarly priced accomodations elsewhere

When I come to the area, I always choose this hotel. I like to stay a couple of days to enjoy the nearby mall and restaurants and nightlife. The reason I select this hotel, the staff. Ralph is the most fun loving, polite, upbeat customer service representative this company has. And when I come up to the area I usually come up every other month every two months so I Stay at this location several times throughout the year. The few of the customer service representative it would have remembered who I am when I have come back to visit, that means everything to a guest.

The staff was beyond accommodating and extremely nice. The rooms were spacious. The price was great and well worth it. The location was right off the highway and close to many restaurants.

I can’t think of anything. Room service would be a nice option. Again, I can’t think of one dislike.

First of all I like the location because it is close to the airport which really made it nice especially during bad weather, and upon arriving the staff member Hubert (I don't know his last name) but he was an exceptionally well groomed young black man who was outstanding with friendliness, and so very helpful, he answered all questions and you can tell he was very expertise in his job he really made me feel welcome, and I would hope whenever I am back in town again that he would be on duty to greet me again and I hope this hotel will always keep him around everything he did was always with a smile he will always stand out in my head even now being back home in Texas you don't find very good staff members such as this one in this day and age where people are so rude, I can tell this young man was raised right. Our room was very nicely clean anything that we needed was readily available and given to us I will continue to use booking.com for the price paid for the stay for those days had the best rates and even was cheaper than my AAA which I felt I would have gotten a better discount, so I must say for what I paid everything was accommodating. And what I really appreciate it is the fact that they did have a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room after requesting one, that they had told me one was not in their rooms, don't know if that was true or not but I was accommodated with both.. and their parking was free.. So if ever looking for a hotel close by the airport in Cleveland Ohio definitely choose Radisson Cleveland Airport Hotel.

There was no inside restaurant after being told that there was but Hubert also took care of that for us as well. A Continental breakfast would have been great and free airport shuttle. But I guess for the price you can't have it all! I will be back!

Quiet room. Balcony was wonderful to watch the Sunrise while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee.All areas visited were clean.Nice friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great hotel with a competitive price.

Nothing to not like. Only thing I could even remotely say that wasnt 100% is that there were no washcloths in the room but that really wasnt a concern.

Brandon, the maintenance man, went above and beyond to get our TV working for the Lions game. He even offered to go home and get his firestick for us to use, if need be.

The pool was closed. We had to change rooms due to a faulty tv/remote control.

The way the staff and the management works with you even the people who are doing the maintenance and stuff like that and everybody was always joyful and very easy to get along with no complaints

It was a couple hiccups that I had when I was here but they fixed them right away or they tried to accommodate me immediately when it happened so there's no problems

The location was great. The staff - Lulu, Tiffany and Lovepreet were all helpful and kind and nice to talk to. The room was big and clean.

We had to ask to get a box of tissues in the room. This seems like a standard amenity which shouldn't have to be requested. But we got one and all was well.
