decent area

lots of people partying and loud through hallways. all we smelled was marijuana through halls and comimg through vent so badly in our bathroom, it literally smelled as if someone was in our room smoking and blowing it in our faces! it was so strong you couldn’t breathe! our room had serious floor damage over by window and a/c unit where you had to watch where you walked because it sank in, apparently from leakage over time from the a/c unit. fridge smelled like dead fish🤢 I absolutely HATE hair and we had long black hairs in our bedding and on our sheet when we pulled back covers! it was also all over floors, especially on the bathroom! it grossed me out so much, it took forever for me to even be able to lay down.

The staff was absolutely fantastic friendly helpful. Rebecca who was the breakfast attendant was the best! I have stayed in many hotels in my life but she has been the best. Friendly helpful ! The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful was well.

It looks like locals stay sometimes and can get loud. However I saw how the staff quickly worked with you to remedy any issues you may have!

I loved Rebecca, the hostess for breakfast. She does an excellent job. Also, loved the jacuzzi in the room. All the staff were excellent in customer service. Very helpful.

That my door key failed to work on two occasions.

Wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast but it looked good… Didn’t get to use the pool or anything but I will get back to enjoy those things if I’m stopping through that area…

That the Handicap bathroom wasn’t equipped with a chair or anything to sit in the tub with, those of us that are not able to stand for a long period of time and try to bathe and hold on would be very difficult to do and there was not a Matt inside the tub to prevent a fall from happening I wasn’t very happy about that but it did have a grab bar in it… One staff wasn’t very polite…

Bed was comfortable, it was clean and neat, staff was friendly

The bathtub was dated, cracked, and the light was loud and noisy in the bathroom, and the air conditioner/heater was very loud

The breakfast was very good and the coffee tasted exceptional, not too weak like most places. The lady working in the breakfast area was very nice and offered to assist in any way if needed.

The rear entrance hallway looked a little shabby so I think that could be improved upon, but once you got to the room it was much better. The room was clean and looked very nice. For a one night stay it was very good. I would stay here again.

The pool and the hot tub were very relaxing. Hotel staff was extremely inviting.

I had no problems with my hotel stay. There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was not what was expected the location where it was served was fine

Only a couple of items where hot didn’t see any juices

I liked how new the rooms felt. how clean they were. we were able to make her adaptive equipment work with what we had to work with.

Clean bedding, nice staff, pool isn't as advertised as hot tub is not working and it isn't like the picture but it is a decently clean pool
