That our room was sold out which was a king room with a sofa bed, it had a separate room, which we were happy about. I went through booking.com, but when we arrived the king suite was sold out, we did get a room with a conference table in the main room that we had to put up a roll away bed and move the heavy large conference table to make room on one side of the room to fit the bed. Very thankful that they had a room for us, it was just weird that our daughter seemed far away and it wasn’t a cozy cozy room for us like we’d hoped. Very separated feeling for the price. We love Drury Inns and will continue to stay at them when we can!

The staff was very friendly, always smiling. I was impressed that the GM was working in the evenings. I have worked at 3 hotels and the GM's never felt they should work evenings. To me that shows leadership. I thought the value of the hotel was made greater by the complimentary breakfast and the evening kickback. It was all wonderful. This was our first stay at a Drury Inn. We will definitely be staying at Drury Inn's in the future.

We stayed in a queen room with 2 beds, a chair, and a desk. The room was an ok size, but I wish it had a small table with a couple chairs or something. We ordered pizza and had to get the ironing board out to put the pizza on. The desk had our personal belongings on it.

The personnel is friendly, kind, helpful & room cleanliness. I stayed at the Hyatt Convention Center behind the Drury Twice. First slept on bed for 2 days blood on the sheets - not mine - it was dried & room was infested with tiny ants & the ants happened again the second time. Second time female manager had attitude towards me. “Never” will stay at the Hyatt Convenyion Center I’m staying at the DRURY every time. I’m very impressed with your facility.

Nothing, the Drury was fabulous.

Liked the wine with dinner/snacks. I have food allergies so couldn’t eat most offered. My husband enjoyed it. Loved the breakfast!

The dinner. I would have liked a print out of the bill as it changed drastically from the original online quote despite indicating right away, that we had a dog. Don’t have the breakdown. Initially for the two of us $100.00. Plus taxes. Ended up over $250! We should get the cleaning cost back before the credit card posts it! Hope so.

Really like the staff the night receptionist Colton was very polite and answered any questions I had. The morning staff in the restaurant were very polite too. Very good breakfast selection

Just wish the doors to the rooms could close quieter.The early people keep on going in and out of the rooms when the doors close sounds like they are being slammed, you can feel the doors vibrate the walls.

I love this hotel chain. It's always so friendly with the kindness people who work there. The room is always comfortable no one offers the extra food and snacks for the price you get with you. Will always stay with your hotels in the city I go in

The only thing I could think of which is silly but would have loved either the food network or hallmark channel on the TV for relaxing at night.

Breakfast was hot and tasty with lots of options on the bufffet. Rooms were nice. The bathroom was beautiful with shiny clean tile. Pretty cityscape wall art in the room. Pillows were nice and fluffy.

The bed mattress was a little saggy for side sleeping. The toilet paper was rough.

We loved the free breakfast and dinner buffets, popcorn, soda, indoor/outdoor pool, and hot tub! The staff were so friendly and attentive! Our suite was very spacious!

We didn't like that there was no lock on the bathroom door or a working exhaust fan, but that's minimal compared to all the amazing things about Drury Inn and Suites!

Everything the staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and welcoming! The hotel was clean to a very high standard!! They offer free breakfast, a free light dinner, three alcoholic beverages per adult per night all free we’ve never been catered to like we were here. The facilities doors are locked. You have to have a key card to enter after 10 o’clock just an extra level of security makes you feel safe , we will definitely be coming back!!

Nothing negative to say everything was perfect. Even things we wouldn’t have thought of.

The staff was excellent!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food (and variety of it!) was better than any hotel I have stayed at before. I had never stayed anywhere that had a "kickback" either and it was certainly appreciated. The popcorn in the afternoon was a nice touch as well. Everything was clean, the shower head was awesome, and the pillows were amazing!! We ended up extending our stay an extra night! The pack-n-play for our 15 month old was a nice bonus!

My only complaint (if you can even consider it one) would be that there was no fan in the bathroom.
