Front end staff/ lobby area was so nice and worked with us on getting everything situated!

It was great other than the breakfast being out of stuff an hour before it was over and the staff taking things from the area into the storage room before the end of breakfast and not bringing them back. On the last day only one juice of 3 were filled and the milk was also removed an hour before the end of breakfast hours she also didn’t try to see what was wrong with the pancake machine until people started complaining.

I was at first skeptical when I saw the listing on Booking.com, but I was pleasantly surprised. The LivINN Hotel was the best extended stay hotel I've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated with a fun and inviting atmosphere. There's a lounging area perfect for computer work or for reading a good book. The dining area is also inviting. We enjoyed a hot breakfast that was available every morning at no extra charge.The hotel is convenient to highways, stores, restaurants, and the Kenwood Mall. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable - best sleep my husband and I have had in a very long time. And, although we didn't take advantage of it, the pool was conveniently located on the same floor we were on. It was a very pleasant stay.

We didn't have any major problems. We had to go to the front desk for a plunger for a slow draining toilet (it was fine after the first plunge) and the electrical station for the hybrid rental did not work, which was a bummer because it was the first electrical car we rented and we were looking forward to testing it out. To be honest, neither problem was a deal breaker. We would rent from this property again.

The staff were so nice, everyone we talked to was helpful and inviting. The hotel was very clean, our room was nice and cool with the AC when we arrived. The pool was super nice and spacious, and there were towels and a shower in the pool area as well. Breakfast was great. There was lots of seating and many different food/drink options. Good parking lot, large area for drop off/pick up.

The only complaint I can think of is that the lock on the pool door didn't work, and we were just letting each other in, not a big deal. Everything was great.

I have visited the LivInn several times traveling and I haven’t been disappointed once .The staff are professional & accommodating. The ambiance when you walk in is inviting and cozy as are the rooms which are also clean. I also am a fan of the laundry room that is just the perfect size and convenience for me to do loads of laundry. I haven’t been to the pool yet but I am excited and look forward to going!

What I didn’t like about the property is probably parking, but it isn’t something I’m pressed about

The rooms were smaller than normal. Bathroom light wasn't limited to shower area so if you turned on light it lit up half the bedroom. We had to use phone lights in morning to avoid waking our kids. Breakfast area was very crowded on weekend and they could have managed it better to avoid crowds. Keep breakfast open until 930 or 10 and spread out toasters. Many people were bringing food to rooms and getting 2nds or more. I had to ask front desk to tell cleaning staff to prop room doors so I didn't have to hear doors slamming shut every 5 minutes. Problem solved but I'm not sure why I had to ask. I was there for a week and spent 2 days listening to doors slam from 11-3pm.

Pool was great (definitely not heated), fire pits were really lovely, breakfast was good, the staff were incredibly friendly, they honestly made it so much better just with their good attitudes and service.

Smoking was allowed in the fire pit area, and some people would continue smoking even after people came into the pool area. The staff were great about telling them to put it out but we had to leave on more than one occasion because of the smoking.

Excellent breakfast, great location. Nice room. I will stay again. I use that hotel often when I am in the area.

The shower curtain was too short and the shower water ran out on the floor using all our towels to soak it up after the morning showers. Also the power block between the beds didn't work. After looking I found it had a bad cord and I unplugged it so it would not catch fire. I reported the shower and the power block to the front desk upon check out.

Your staff was very professional and friendly. The meals for breakfast was great it had exceeded my expectations. Your kitchen staff were very professional and very speedy. And the best language that I can use is those ladies were popping and on fire.

The bathtubs need some kind of padding or something place at the bottom my son and I almost fell in the bathtubs. The bears need to be firm or better quality. And I was told that I was in a handicap accessible room stepping in the tub for a person with bad legs in a knee replacement made it very dangerous.

The breakfast had a lot of great options. I loved the automatic pancake machine. The breakfast attendants were all very friendly and did a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. The desk staff was attentive and took care of a couple of minor issues for us quickly and in a friendly manner. Check-in was easy. Didn't get a chance to use them because of the temps, but the outside fire pits are a nice touch! This was an anniversary getaway for my wife and I. Great facility and we would consider coming back again.

We love staying at LivInn in Sharonville. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always clean.

There was a family group staying on our floor for this visit and the adults yelled up and down the hallway for a good portion of our stay at the children, even after midnight. It was ridiculous! Our room was close to the front desk on the 1st floor, so the desk staff had to have heard it, too. But the rude people were rather intimidating, so the staff may have feared first retaliation of some sort if they would have Saudi anything to them.
