I loved the suite. It came with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed for my daughter. It was pretty clean, and the staff was very pleasant. I loved Ms. Jean, one of the people manning the breakfast bar. She was so sweet, and awesome. The pool was clean, and well maintained, and they have two outdoor patio areas. One with a firepit, and One with BBQ grills. Overall, I was pretty happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

I'm going to be a little critical here, but these are NOT major complaints at all. The grout in our bathroom was dark, and wasn't as clean as it possibly could be. The carpet was slightly sticky, like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. The outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned in a bit, and had some algae (greenish mold looking stuff) on it. I totally understand with Ohio weather, the outdoor furniture is difficult to keep spotless. Also deep cleaning a room (grout and carpet) is a difficult thing with people coming and going. So as I said, not major complaints. Everything I touched was cleaned. The bedding, the silverware, the plates, etc. They do a great job on cleaning honestly!

The location was ideal. The Blossom Hill Music Center was within easy reach. On arrival the main receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pleasant and the reception/breakfast area was bright and modern. There were plenty of parking spaces.

The cleaners had missed some areas in the kitchen area. On leaving we put our dishes in the dishwasher. When we opened it there were already some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, including a mouldy cup. We told the man on reception when we checked out but he was quite dismissive about it.

Location was central to the exits I needed as well as to a McDonald's and several gas stations. You could hop on any ramp and get to any and all restaurants within 3 minutes, without the noise and hustle and bustle of trying to sleep in a busy exit itself. The breakfast staff and selections were both phenomenal. The front desk staff was super friendly. This is my second time staying in this hotel.

in 5 day stay only 2 days of bed service and some days I had to ask for clean wash cloths every day but one, also only left 3 towels daily and i shower x 2 daily so I had to ask for more alot. For the price we paid I should not have had to ask for towels

It is new hotel, new furnitures and really spacious apartments. The staff always lovely, and very great place ( need car to move to downtown) to rest and to stay

The pillow.. I have neck issues and this type of Pillow it is really bad for those who have cervical spine problems

The location was perfect for what we needed, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great.

There were only three pillows per queen size bed, and two of them were small feather pillows. It would have been nice if there were two firm pillows as well as the feather ones. The couch wasn’t that comfortable.

This was a great stay. I was surprised that the room had a kitchen sink, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and dishes. It was very clean and updated. Location was great. The heating unit worked great as well. If I’m back in this area, I will definitely be staying here again!

Tried several times to call for house keeping and no one answered. Had to go down to front desk. Room was not cleaned one day. We were out of our room at 11 am and returned at 6 pm. Do not disturb was not on door.

I messed up when booking the hotel and it inadvertently booked me for 2 rooms instead of one...I contacted booking. com and the hotel both told me I couldn't change it and I would be charged for 2 rooms...that was disheartening....

There was a Peloton bike in the gym! And a well stocked gym. There were washer/dryers available, and nice and clean. Rooms were super quiet, even though the property is near the highway. Staff super nice!

Room was maybe a little small, but seriously, not an issue.
