For a budget motel this site hit all the right targets. It’s well located for travelers, it’s clean,quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price of the room, a price that was very reasonable, and was equivalent to most other sites that offer breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs and sausage. The eggs tasted like real eggs, not powdered. I thought it was a good stop.

For the price, nothing. Clean, quiet, friendly. I guess the torn curtain could be replaced and the chairs were a bit tattered, but at this Priceline I only require clean and comfortable which it is. I’ve paid twice the amount for less comfort.

Breakfast was great! The location is quiet. Several food services nearby. The desk clerk was friendly and patiently worked through a computer glitch. She promised cookies, handed us water, and told us there was more if we needed it. The bathroom was quite nice. tub seemed new. Temperature of room stayed very comfortable. The town of Blackwell had good food, a cool museum, interesting stop on our journey.

Elevators worked but were clunky. Toilet paper was single ply ... for $82 a night, maybe you could buy another layer ... PLEASE! If the cookies ever showed up ... we never found them .... and we made several trips to the lobby in search of them. In defense of the desk staff, we never asked about them. Our sheet kind of came off the bed and the mattress pad was showing bad wear and tear (no big deal). We didn't even use the pool area, but noticed that the spa had been removed. That's not a deal-breaker, but not a "plus".

The convenience of location from the interstate. The relatively quiet place. The look and feel was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the pool time. Bed was comfortable and linens were great! And, I was very happy to have a real breakfast offering back on the ticket! Thank you

Just a tiny complaint is that the bathroom was a little too small; door opens into room too close to toilet.

The location is ideal. The staff was amazing on helping us adjust rooms. Breakfast is great.

Found one roach the first night there, so was concerned about walking around the room. However, never saw anything after that one time. Sink in bathroom is too high and too far back for people our size.

This was my 5th winter stay, and as usual everything was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and yes, there even was MEAT!

My only complaint is and was that the wifi is not secure. That makes it useless for anything other than general searches.

Quiet and convenient to food, room was spacious.

Smell of room. We traveled with a pet so were required to stay in a pet room. Because the room was warm when we came in, the smell was strong.

Clean and comfortable

The only thing I can think of is the coffee on the breakfast bar was very weak. You can see the bottom of the cup through it. Everything else was GREAT.

Quiet. They were short staffed. And the person handling breakfast didnt show. But the young lady there was working exceptionally hard to check people out and take care of the breakfast at the sa.e time. She needs to be commended.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good, lots of options, but no meat. The room was good, but the heat wasn't working (not great for a Jan 30 date), but I didn't feel like asking for a change as I had already settled in.

No heat, no meat for breakfast.

The pool was open again. Cookies available when coming in at night.

Breakfast area was pretty warm in the mornings so not very comfortable when eating.
