This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable.

We had housekeeping services, and the bed was made up very nice. The bathroom was cleaned, and we got new towels, but they were not hung up and they forgot to remove the dirty and wet towels off the floor. I did report that at checkout, and they said they had a staff shortage, and most are new. The breakfast was just ok; however, the orange juice machine was spitting out moldy slime.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We used the back breakfast area to visit with our extended family in the afternoon and evenings. The included breakfast had delicious hot and cold foods. Hot cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Huge variety of regular breakfast items too. They had bananas, apples, oranges, bottled water, various juices, yogurt, muffins, protein bars, breads, cereals, and milk. Of course, coffee with flavored creamers and hot tea and hot chocolate. Very impressed with breakfast after traveling extensively across the USA during Covid and many breakfasts were not being served. We needed to use the laundry facility and found it very comfortable, well lit, and clean. The front desk printed airline necessities for our return flights. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was very friendly, room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was the same daily but good; eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage gravy biscuits and waffles. The pool had a few bugs floating in it but overall clean. Would stay again.

The toilet would run constantly and for some reason they put us in the handicap room so our shower wasn’t the best. The shower head would slide and would spray the wall even after we would turn it and lock it. so we resorted to holding it.

it was great, only complaint i have is i found some pills that someone dropped on the floor, would not have been good if a child or animal got a hold of it.

The morning desk person seemed off. I'm not sure if he was tired or hungover, but it showed really bad. He couldn't keep his eyes open while talking to me during checkout and checking on my BW rewards.

One of the reasons we came was to use the indoor pool with our five-year-old daughter, but unfortunately it was closed for repairs

Everything was amazing meet all my expectations I was really amazed at how clean the hotel was. I would recommend an stay here again. Everyone was so so nice an helpful. Breakfast was also great!! Love everything about this place.
