Happy with the property but will NEVER use Booking.com again. Customer service was horrible, hung up on me, did not call the property as they said they would. It took me a solid hour to get your employees to fix whatever problem they had, they would not allow me to cancel and pay the property myself, but threatened me will being charged the full amount if I cancelled a reservation YOU WERE UNABLE TO ACTUALLY MAKE AND LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY STANDING IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL FOR AN HOUR! Never again, plus I was advised by the property that I paid WAY more then they charge. I will share my story on social media, letting people know you are ripping them off and not following through on reservations than holding your customers hostage will you fix YOUR ERROR!

Great location, beautiful decor and layout

Went to the swimming pool at 8:30am (30 minutes after opening for the day) and there was only one clean towel and several dirty towels. Maybe it was a busy night but would have anticipated the facilities would have been cleaned during night shift while they are closed to customers. Also, the levels of the hot tub were off so we had to get out and the hot tub was closed until noon. This could have been taken care of during the night and would not have had to close the hot tub during operating hours.

The front desk people were super friendly. We had good conversations and they remember led us during the stay. The fitness center was too notch. We had a great time at the hotel!

The room was a little musty.

The staff were exceptional and welcoming. The facility was wonderful.

The matress was too soft, but that's personal preference. Other than that nothing to note.

We went for the sole purpose of the indoor pool/hot tub for my 6 yr. olds birthday. It was nice & clean, but the water was absolutely freezing. We couldn't even swim longer than a few minutes. The hot tub was nice & much needed after the polar plunge...lol...but when the jets were turned on the chlorine smell/fumes were so strong our eyes were burning/watering like crazy.

There were several choices at breakfast. The food was hot & the area was clean. The location was great. We were attending a concert at the Hard Rock Casino & from the time we checked in we did not have to drive again. There was a Pub & GrIll walking distance from hotel & hotel & Hard Rock both were running shuttles so we caught one both ways.

Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly with the new Hilton app. My phone is always with me so this made it so easy! All staff are so friendly and attentive. One morning I went down to get breakfast for the family. A staffer saw that I was juggling several plates and quickly brought out a tray for me. I really appreciated it. The facilities are really clean. The beds, sheets, and blankets are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you're ever in need of a place to rest! I have family in town and frequent Tulsa quite a bit. Will come back again in the future!
