Front desk was helpful had a luggage carrier inside to to haul my luggage to take it up to my room. clean bed soft’. Coffee in the morning an automatic pancake maker just push the button you get two pancakes easy, easy check out.

The property from the outside had some torn ripped and damaged window screens that’s what I saw

Check in was fast and easy. Management has been very friendly and accommodating. Clean room with all of the basic needs for a short stay. Well lit and plenty of parking, both in front and in back of the property.

Not much to dislike. There are things out of the control of the property which have no bearing on the motel itself. Highway Route 66 (traffic lightens up during the evening, however, very convenient with easy access to I-44 Passing trains until 9:30 - 10:00’ish. If you like trains, it’s perfect.

I hadn't expected to listen to yelling and bossing a guy who did what was asked but owner did this any time of day to keep staff working. My issue was I had severe medical things and I could've used a nice bath. I feel we have been great renters and still was not offered a free night or an hour in spa tub. I was hoping this would have been available bc I've not slept in days and my legs need soaking

Absolutely wonderful staff. Great place. Very accommodating. Beds are super comfy, rooms are quiet. They recognize ESA animals. Just everything all around was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Pillows were too small and Theresa's not enough of them. The pool was a bit dirty.

The personnel were very friendly and ready to give assistance when needed

Everything was great was a fantastic stay.

RECEPTION STAFF WAS SMOKING RIGHT OUT SIDE OF FRONT DOOR. SOME BREAKFAST ITEMS MISSING (TEA) AND EQUIPT BROKEN; HAD TO ASK FORT BATH TOWELS AT FRONT DESK

breakfast was not good pancake machine didn’t work raw pancakes cereal was old and no one came to refill orange juice machine tasted like water thumbs down

Even tho the room was small, the mirrors and layout helped it to feel bigger. Quiet and clean. The Check in employee wore a mask and was attentive. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

The check out employee did not wear a mask and seemed annoyed to be there.

The room was nice and the decor was neat,costumer service was pleasant and the breakfast assortment was good

The room size itself was a bit cramped around the bed,but not horribly bad
