Breakfast is important to me but my expectations are reasonable for a FREE breakfast. We had eggs and link sausages the first day and biscuits and gravy the second. Everything was warm and tasted good, I especially thought the sausage gravy was homemade because it had a fair amount of sausage in it and tasted very good! Room was perfect except we had only a single person stand up shower and I was expecting a normal sized shower/tub combo but it was clean and comfortable to stay and the location was extremely convenient to main highways, shopping, and food.

If I had anything to say that wasn't perfect, it would be the shower was smallish, not a tub/shower combo I am used to and the one biscuit I chose was dried up, but that stuff was minor compared to the overall good quality and service I received. If your expectations are reasonable, not a snob expecting LUXURY in this price range, you should be very happy to stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating also!

The breakfast was varied and good quality. They had bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, packaged Danishes, eggs and sausage. They also had cereal, apple juice and orange juice. Housekeeping was excellent.

Honestly, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. If I had to pick anything it would be that the scrambled eggs seemed instant?

I liked the location. The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was tiny. 1/2 bath with walk in tiny shower. No tube. No regular door just a sliding door that that was hard to open and close. I never stayed at a Sleep Inn before so maybe this was normal. I was just surprised to not have a full bathroom.

Bed was very comfy. Ample parking. Pool was warm and the pool area very clean. Breakfast not exciting but adequate choices. The staff really cares. Location was walking distance to multiple restaurants. No street noise.

Sheets were super thin and kept slipping off. Room was somewhat banged up ( the walls) from other guests. Washer dryer situation not good. But when brought to the staffs attention, they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Place isn’t glamorous but it’s not bad. Great for a stay for a few nights. Not going to wow you but also won’t make you run away in disgust.

Front staff was a little lackadaisical and not super attentive at night/evening. Showers weren’t the greatest.

I like location and rate and the staff is friendly majority of the time

The beds are way to high for elderly and those with hip and knee problems.Also the toliet is too low too..the room was somewhat clean we had to get sheets replaced and of course a little sanitizing.

Friendly service, good breakfast. Beds we very comfortable.

Room was cleaned but not well. Remote for TV was found after a search on the floor between the bed and wall. Floor was not vacuumed well. Visible gap at the top of the door to the room.

Ryan at the desk is super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the handicap bathroom really helped us.

The carpet in the room is badly stained, very gross and the AC/heater in main room doesn't have a constant fan.

Great location 20 minutes from Lazy E Arena. We were there for the National Little Britches Rodeo July 1-8.Pet friendly was a +.Plenty of restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay.

I have no complaints. Will stay here again next year.
