Sonia, the front desk clerk, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional at check-in. The facilities were very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of accessible parking and the are seemed to be safe. Breakfast selection was decent. I did not use the swimming pool, but it and the area looked very clean.

The couple at check out wasn’t as friendly. They were not rude or unfriendly… just didn’t seem to care if quests were there. Breakfast selection was decent; however, is advertised to be served 6:00-9:00 am and was pretty much fine when I was there at 7:30. There was a female worker sitting in the dining area, but she made no attempt to check or refill the missing offerings. I am pretty sure the two couples that came in after me had to ask that tings be refilled.

Nice big, comfortable and clean. Great walk-in shower. Loved the size of the room! The front desk mgr (Steve) was friendly and helpful.

At 6:20 am there was almost no food for breakfast. 5 of the 6 tables were occupied by construction workers (who were not hotel guests, but were doing an upgrade in the hotel much later in the morning), just sitting there on their phones. They obviously devoured all the food. Guests were carrying what little was available back to their rooms. The coffee pots next to the business center were empty. The morning front desk mgr seemed oblivious or uncaring, while focused on his cellphone. A guest pointed out the empty coffee pots, and empty hot food bins, but he shrugged it off. This was my only disappointment with the property

Very good location - easy access to freeway and surrounding area. My room was very clean and comfortable. The person at check in was very friendly and nice. Didn't see anyone when I left. My only complaint, the eggs were terrible in the breakfast. Otherwise, good breakfast too. I will stay here again when I'm in OKC.

Terrible eggs!

Pretty clean, nice breakfast that included a couple of hot foods such as sausage, eggs, waffles, bacon etc. All the staff was friendly as well!

Sort of outdated, older lamps/carpets, nowhere to really plug in electronics. Also the room was slightly musty.

Exceptional location. Was very quiet despite being close to the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants… very good breakfast. Felt very safe at this location. Parking was excellent Staff was EXCEPTIONAL responding to our TV issues (prior occupants had most likely been playing games)… comfortable beds

I have stayed here several times. I always feel safe and have never had issues here. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is a hot breakfast with selections.

The bed was a little too soft and sometimes the bathroom had a bad smell in the mornings without using it

The hotel was clean and presentable. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and seemed to have been remodeled recently. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior was well lit and felt safe. All around a wonderful experience!

Our room was on the 3rd floor next to the elevator and the ice machine. It was perfect. I hope the next time we stay there we can have the same room if it's available. Can we request it if it's available? Thanks

Breakfast was decent..the room was comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and tried to help with any issues. The location was PERFECT for the reason for our visit. We travel to the city pretty much one weekend every other month to visit our daughter and I would probably stay here again because of the location alone.

I always request to be as close to ground floor as possible and we were on the top floor, couldn't be helped. Our wifi in the room was HORRIBLE! I could connect just fine in the lobby but the 3rd floor in our room not so much....VERY hit and miss...and MUCH more miss than hit. I finally just gave up trying to use my laptop by Saturday morning.
