We got a big rebate through booking.com and decided on this instead of the Days Inn across the highway. Didn't expect much, but were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean and well equipped. Conveniently located next to I-40.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and accommodating. It was an adequate room for sleeping nothing more.
The bathroom had not been cleaned even though new clean towels were there, the tub was dirty and had black rings from the previous occupants toiletries that could have been easily wiped down, the florescent light above the sink was dismantled and didn't work with the tools left on top the microwave and the ballast base laying on the counter, so there was no light to get ready by in the bathroom counter area. The smoke detector was dismantled and missing only wires hanging from the ceiling. I did not contact the front desk because it was after midnight when I checked in and I was exhausted. Since the bed was clean I went to sleep.

The staff is always friendly and helpful
No way to shut bathroom door. Very uncomfortable using the bathroom with my boyfriend in the room and no way to shut the door. I didn't realize it was broke til really late so I had to deal with it. Not happy at all though

nothing, room key did not work, hotel front desk unlocked room upon arrival. no key to room, locked out of room- within 15 min. no one at the front desk, no answer on the phone, room was not like in the pictures and it was very sketchy and dirty. and the address listed takes you the wrong way. want a refund and no answer on the phone, when you message it says to call the front desk. ridiculous.
