When we arrived late into the evening, after 11 pm, the man who got us checked in was very nice and very accommodating. We were short towels and linens for the pull-out sofa, so he got us all we needed and even offered us a different room. We were fine where we were. The king bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice and soft.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were dark markings that looked like mold on the back of the bath mat. The breakfast bar was sparsely stocked. I grabbed the last biscuit and it wasn't warm and it was pretty hard. There were 2 sausage patties when I was there (7:30) and the were not hot either. The milk was nearly empty and there were 2 yogurt cups. The waffles were good. Only real complaint--hot food is a must.

Very nice facility! Everything is super clean & nicely maintained! Check in was a breeze, Myra at the front desk has such a great personality; friendly, helpful, & caring. The room is excellent, with comfy beds & pillows, nice linens & towels. The indoor pool & hot tub were perfect, after a long day of driving. Can I just take a second here to talk about their stunning lobby?! It really is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing staircase to the second floor. Perfect for weddings & photo shoots!

Everything was great!

This was the best sleep that I had all week. We were in flagstaff AZ, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I did not sleep the whole time there. The breakfast was really good, and Lori made such everything was up to the standards. I told her that the pancakes were too hard to cut, and she made a whole new batter and even brought one over to me to see if it was better. Danny, the front desk guy, was really nice when I asked for another towel. He has a really good sense of humor, which is great when dealing with the public. We got the same room room as before and it did not disappoint. The room was super clean and smelled really nice.

The only thing that I did not like was that the back door was not locked. I had to walk my dog, and I thought when you closed the door behind you it locked. I did not have that safe feeling seeing how we were that close to the door. I'm pretty sure they will repair it to make their customer feel more secure.

We left TN 6 hrs later than what we wanted to because of car trouble. We were due to check in at 3 pm, but did not get there until 4am. The front desk guy named Koko noted that it would be fine to check out at 1pm instead of the normal 11am. This was super nice of him. He told us our room, and I said I had 2 dogs and one was a service animal. Koko charged us for one of the dogs. That is great customer service. The room was super clean, I mean clean clean. We were in a handicap room, which is bigger than most, and the dogs loved it. After being in the car for so long, they were happy to be able to play. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi The price was right for the night we stayed, and I hope to book this same place on the way back.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay an extra night.

The room we stayed in was the largest room I can ever remember staying in (45 metres square, about 475 square feet), I had actually rented apartments on a long term basis that were smaller than this room. The room was clean, has a love seat and a sofa. The bathroom was very clean. It was actually a "handicap" room.

We stayed in a room directly over the entry to the reservation desk, and at the top of the stairs, so there was some unexpected noise. The breakfast was adequate, but not great, and the coffee was bitter.

We arrived at the hotel somewhat late. The young woman at the desk, Myra, was very friendly and helpful. After getting to our room, we walked into the smell of cigarette smoke. I called down to the desk, and she gladly changed us to another room. However, we needed to go back down to the desk to exchange our keys. As we arrived at the elevator, the doors opened, and there stood Myra with the new keys. Saving us the trouble of trekking all our stuff back to the lobby. She is truly an asset to the hotel with her thoughtfulness and kindness.

Beautiful lobby, staff so kind and helpful, luggage carts, pool, workout room, very, very nice (and large) hotel room, clean, comfortable, large bathroom with large walk-in shower, room had a table (which seems to be rare these days in hotel rooms), separate nook for keurig station, two nightstands, comfy corner cushioned chair, closet with a door, very quiet (couldn’t hear any cars going by even though our room was right next to the on ramp to the interstate), safe area, clean and modern facility, hot breakfast included (juice, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles in the shape of Texas), right across the street from McDonalds, loved it, highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

I liked everything about it!

It was very nice just a block of Route 66. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast gravy with just some pepper added. If you want meat they had, I prefer my gravy without the meat so this was great. Waffle machine, yogurt, bananas, oatmeal so it was a really good breakfast to start your day

Can not think of anything

The entryway into the hotel was striking…quite large with a huge spiral staircase to the second floor! The room was very clean, new carpets, extra amenities and spacious. The breakfast included lots of hot and cold choices and fruit. We loved that it was only a short walk to the ev charging station. Overall this hotel was excellent!

Nothing.

The girl, at the front desk, took me to 2 rooms to satisfy my concern for my husband’s needs, since he is crippled. She gave us a good room with an excellent location. She also froze my ice packs for me.

The breakfast was just ok. The treadmill was old and had no place to put my phone or Ipad
