The friendliness of the staff was wonderful, great people work here amd that makes it a great stay, and the cleaniness was good. We didnt get to do much here since we were out but of what I saw I have no complaints alp was good.

When we can in the weather was so hot I would of liked to jump in the pool, it was closed though. But I understand safety precautions so it was ok.

The night desk gentle man whom I also found out is a manager was super nice. Had a great room on the first floor for my dog. Comfy bed. Room was clean. Ac works great

I think it needs shower doors instead of curtains but honestly I never got water on the floor but my husband flooded it.

Great location.

I liked everything, breakfast it was great and how he (I forgot his name) makes you feel welcome at the hotel during my check in on Friday (6/28/24)

Location made it easy to get to. Check in was very good and breakfast, for the price, was awesome! Each member of the staff that I encountered seemed to genuinely care about how they did their jobs. I don't know what you pay your people but they should get paid enough to want to continue working there. All around, great job!

Not a big fan of the small pillows. Other then that, no complaints what so ever.

I was really empressed with the hotel. The staff was amazing. They had a varied of beakfast items and they were always refreshing it even during the weekdays. Hotel was quiet inside your rooms which is a big thing for me. We will definately stay here again.

The location of the room, the mini fridge, the beds, cleanliness,. I really liked the phone call before we arrived to check whether we wanted a king or two queens. The man on the phone was very friendly. Also the man who checked us in was very nice and friendly.(maybe the same person)

My sister uses a walker and couldn't get up from the toilet without assistance. I was able to use the luggage holder beside the stool, between the toilet and shower and she could use the top for support. Maybe have taller toilets or have rails available for non-handicapped rooms?? Do you have some rooms with a tub? Might be nice for those who still prefer a tub bath. I wish breakfast was until 10a.m. for those of us who like to sleep late. There wasn't any Kleenex. The box was empty. For us old people with poor eyesight, better lighting would be nice. Even with all the lights on, the room was a little dark. These are suggestions. All in all, the room was ok and we did make it to breakfast once! The positives outweighed the negatives.

The breakfast area can be a popular place. Good breakfast with several options both cold and hot. The staff is super nice. Indoor pool was clean and towels restocked throughout the day. It was cold in the lobby and theres only one elevator but thoes are my only issues.

I didn't like there only being one elevator.

Breakfast needs to be observant of Gluten-Free guests. Pool sign says opens 6:30. Tried to use pool at 9:30, but not unlocked. Gym had nice equipment, but room need ventilation. Room smells horrible of the rubber floor. There is an air conditioner, but no ventilation venting the nasty smell.
