The breakfast was satisfying and sufficient. Plenty of variety and nutrition. Very spacious and clean; the dining area was very well kept and supplied. The staff was very friendly and mindful of patrons needs. The location was absolutely perfect for our trip, being walking distance to the Norman Regional Hospital. The area also seemed to be quite convenient to many great restaurants and not far from several attractions.

The circumstances for our trip were not ideal for our enjoyment, but even with the stress and duress of the occasion staff and managements pleasant and caring demeanor seemed to help ease the strain.

Check-in with gentleman named Taylor was quick and easy. Room was very nice; breakfast was good. Facilities were very nice, with several common areas where we were able to visit with extended family. While at the hotel, I lost my new iPhone 15 and both the cook who was making breakfast (sorry, I forgot to ask her name) and the front desk clerk, a woman named Taylor (not the same person who checked us in) went out of their way to help me retrieve the phone. After it was found, Taylor even shared with me several ways people have "tracked" their phones, and I now have a new way of keeping up with my phone! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron and hairdryer in the room. The free morning breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, waffles and oatmeal. There was a yogurt bar, cereal station, assorted individually wrapped pastries, juice, coffee and some fresh fruit. The hotel staff was very friendly, competent and helpful.

Low shower pressure, but that's what most hotels have these days. I'm pretty sure there were flying monkeys in room above me on the last night...not the hotels fault!

Comfortable newer hotel. Friendly staff. Large room with comfortable beds & pillows. Sunlit lobby & breakfast room with a spread of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy. Cereals, oatmeal, yogurt & granola add ins, coffee, juice & water. Breads for toast & a waffle station. Cozy spots to tuck away for conversation and work. Games available from the front desk. Great location near airport, Oklahoma City & surrounding area.

Clean rooms yet I was unlucky with a very hairy bathroom floor. Walls are very thin, earplugs recommended for light sleepers.

Location was excellent for my needs! The room was great! Just had to mess around with the TV remote. Staff was friendly and helpful, esp since we checked in late. The comfort level was good, and room temperature was constant--great!

I would have liked an extra towel for my hair, but not a problem. I would like a room with a big bathtub, not a walk-in shower. The soap seemed too small for me to bathe with. But these are SMALL issues, and I enjoyed the stay! Did notice small changes from the previous owner...

Breakfast was good but their coffee maker wasn't working. Nice location, seemed fairly new. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed.

They should have had a back up coffee maker. We had to go buy our coffee elsewhere which took extra time. Also, when we arrived, there was a man sleeping while sitting at a table close to the front desk. Seemed a bit odd that he had his head down sleeping and it wasn't late, only about 9:30 or so.

I upgraded to a suite and I am so glad that I did! I have stayed in a few other hotels recently and this felt more like an apartment. This will more than likely become my new go to

The only issue that I have to report was the noise that was coming from the room next door. I was sleeping peacefully when I was suddenly aware of the noise coming from the room next to ours. I didn't make a complaint as this is just a choice of the party next door not being very mindful of the volume of their TV talking etc.

Very well situated. Near Oklahoma University . The front desk employees were very professional. Both guys working front desk were very friendly and helpful. They Gave us great customer service during our stay.

The room and bathroom was very outdated. Water pressure in toilet and shower was weak. Towels felt and looked old Felt old. Ironing board didn’t have cover. Even though the exterior makes it seem newer.

Location off the highway with ample free parking that was well lit. Comfortable bedding with soft pillows. Well stocked breakfast. Bright and inviting lobby and outdoor spaces. Quiet location near office buildings and medical center. Friendly staff

Very hot scalding water in sink and shower! Stains in hallway carpet took away from the otherwise beautiful decor. No walkable eateries or retail stores/groceries.

Both young men at front desk were welcoming, warm and cordial. Quiet comfortable room, good/adequate breakfast, big thirsty towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion and free parking. Adjustable A/C. I requested s second suitcase rack and was quickly accommodated.

One small soap at sink was ok but no body wash or soap in shower. Stained carpets throughout building.
