Staff was professional & kind. Easy check-in & out. Walking distance to fast food, convenient store, & casino. Clean room & somewhat modern, nice communal spaces. The coffee was decent each time I got some. Two working elevators, never had a long wait to use. WiFi worked well. Definitely would stay again.

You have to be a special Hilton member to get parking close to the main entrance. There are other entries, but it would be nice to have ample parking close to the entrance that don’t require a special signup or handicap. Not that I’m not capable of a little walk, but for us solo travelers & safety reasons.

Very nice and clean place we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and worked hard to keep the place nice. Great breakfast setup and really comfortable place to kick back and enjoy. Pool was great and refreshing to have right outside. Love having a pet friendly place for our Jack Russell to stay with us. Keep up the good work everyone.

After seeing some of the negative reviews. I was a little reluctant to try this place. But realized there are some people you just can't please. I would have to say they are terribly wrong or just completely spoiled and just can't be pleased. I definitely will stay here again. Don't listen to these negative reviews because they are nothing like the great experience we had at TRU.

The hotel staff is always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times and they are consistent. My parents were forced to stay here after their house fire and even after two months living here, they were still happy with their experience.

I wish the rooms had closets. I know it's part of the current trend to "keep it simple" but microwaves would be great. There's nothing else that I didn't like.

The staff was great!! Kaitlyn , the receptionist went above and beyond to help us find good places to eat. Her recommendations did not disappoint. thank you, Kaitlyn for helping make this experience a great one. We appreciate you greatly.

BREAKFAST IS GREAT!!! Many choices, thank you. My stay was good. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the TV was working, it was not connected to the internet?

TV was not connected to the internet. I like to turn the tv on in the mornings while i get ready.

We enjoy the set up in the bathroom with the soaps and lotions, there’s always plenty. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. We enjoy the tasty hot breakfast served in the morning with more than enough options and it was very tasty!

The air conditioner shut off often throughout the night, which is okay, but the room became hotter than comfortable before the unit kicked back on.

at check in, the gentleman at the counter told me the the credit card from booking.com was declined. I quickly pulled up my email where it showed both rooms was paid for. The gentleman told me to call Booking.com, I was on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for someone. at this point I go to the counter again and ask to speak with the manager. The manager came to the counter and I explained what was going on and she said when you book 3rd party like with Booking.com the have credit cards they use and lately they have all been getting declined. The manager fixed everything and got us right into our room. I can not express enough that do NOT use Booking.com, call the hotel itself and book that way.

The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable. I like the "Welcome, Brandi" on the TV. There is a lounge area outside, which was nice. The pool was open, but it was small, and it got a little crowded. They have a game area and workout room as well. Breakfast is available, but we didn't try it. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again when we float the Illinois River.

It was a beautiful hotel. It was extremely clean and nice. We loved our room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were beyond clean and amazing. We loved everything about it

I didn’t find one single thing I didn’t like. It was all exceptional

Nice location and nice facilities

I spilled a little water in my room and when I cleaned it up with a towel the towel was really dirty and the bottoms of our feet being damp were real dirty just walking around the room and our shampoo was put in the shower and our soap by the sink
