I've stayed at various classes of hotel from Hilton to the Four Seasons and the customer service at this hotel was top notch. I landed early in the morning and sent an email request for early check in, they not only allowed it but they responded to my request the same day. Rebecca checked me in and she and Alex assisted me the first day. Deborah and Alex assisted me in the second day and Deborah checked me out. All three ladies were exceptional. Deborah went over and beyond each time she assisted me. Rebecca could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. The young man at the bar during the afternoon on 8/18 was great as well. Overall the hotel itself is quiet and again, the staff was exceptional.

I didn’t give a perfect score because of the hotel's location. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking the vicinity around the hotel. Also, while my room was clean, the age of the hotel is showing. Also, the hotel just felt perpetually HOT all the time. We had a bit of difficulty regulating the temperature in our room. The a/c worked great but it was either too hot in our room or freezing.. depending on the time of day.

I liked the room that I had and I was able to get the room that I wanted at that time. So I really enjoyed that that room. It was nice and clean and I like the fact that I had a bathtub instead of just to walk and shower.The facilities were nice.

Breakfast was not included in my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the lot, the main areas and the room. I liked the quality of air conditioning.

The only thing I didn't like was the cucumbers in the water. That was yucky! It was like gagging down salad with every sip. Maybe do citrus instead or plain ice water.

The location was perfect for my stay. We were minutes from downtown and the route to the mall was quick and easy. The facilities were kept clean. The gym was spacious and equipped with everything needed for my workout routine. The lounge area was comfortable.

Everything!!! Staff was AWESOME!! I definitely want to stay at this same hotel next year. The front desk host was very friendly and helpful.

The Bar and Restaurant close to early during the Event. Other than that the food & drinks was great.. The bartender was super nice and helpful.

The gym is nice and I am happy there was a balcony connected to my room. There was a bar lounge and a fire pit outdoors which is a nice touch.

I was hoping there would be a pool, but it was a nice hotel overall. Thank you for your hospitality!

I came in very late that night and there was a policeman guarding the parking and I was able to Park right in front of him to walk to entry.

I got a room that was too far of a walk from front desk (got lost but I have no sense of direction so that’s on me).

Comfortable clean rooms motel was quiet not the easiest to get to but very good experience

Kinda of hard to get to from hiway needs non slip mat in tub for us old folks

Very clean and roomy, had plenty of seating space in the reception area with lots of tvs and space to hang out with friends. Parking lot was also very well lit.

Very clean and comfortable room.

The sliding door on our balcony was off of its track and was very difficult for us to open and close.
