I LOVED the pool and the jacuzzi!!! The water was not too cold in the pool and the jacuzzi was just right ! The rooms were decent- and the king bed and pillows were just right for this solo traveler . I slept in both days so I missed breakfast but I smelled good . And of course the location - was perfect ! Close to everything. Right next to Tulsa Tech and a major freeway. And about 12 minutes away from. The Gathering Place - an amazing park by the river that is for those who love to get fresh air .

Bathroom had a smell of urine when I got in - although it looked clean .

The beds were extremely comfortable! I have back issues and always dread staying at hotels because of the beds. I had no issues with this one and slept comfortably every night! The shower was very large and the water pressure was great. The room also had a very large TV which was nice. The room and facilities were also very clean!

The only issue I had was that the shower constantly dropped and the sound was annoying at times. I simply closed the bathroom door at night which helped and made it not a big deal.

Enjoyed the pool and there was a man at the front desk I wish I knew his name he had excellent customer service he always smiled and went above and beyond very nice man the best person honestly at the front desk he checked us out and there was a small issue in the room and he went immediately and took care of it.

I was thinking by the pictures that it was going to be a little nicer don't get me wrong it was very clean . Plus on the website it shows like they still have a sauna they clearly don't anymore so they should update that on the website

I didn't like that the worker put us right beside a family that had a lot of people in the room. They kept us up, they were banging on walls, running down the hall, and slamming their hotel door multiple times this was at 12-2 in the morning. It was January 31, 2025 in room 211. Them people don't deserve their deposit back. My husband had to call the front desk to let her know what was going on.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Employees were friendly and efficient.

I did not like the $100 payment for possible damage by me. I have never had to do something like this at other hotels. I was told that this payment would be refunded if no damage occurred. I will be looking to stay at other hotels in the future.

The staff was wonderful! Good breakfast, and the beds were comfortable.

Not in the greatest part of town, I feel. I did feel safe inside the hotel. The front doors were always locked, but someone was always at the front desk. You could use your key card to get in, but the reader didn't always work.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing in the shower! The room was clean with a beautiful view of the parking lot 😅

There was a buzzing noise in the bathroom that would not stop and the toilet ran like crazy! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

The breakfast was very good, especially the pancakes. The shower was very invigorating, clean and neat.

No YouTube on the TV.

Reasonably clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was the same as most places I have stayed . The view of the lake was nice.

The advertised bar was closed. GPS gave the wrong directions to the hotel. You will have to look with your eyes to find the entrance.

no problem getting the room got room I wanted and floor I wanted nice pool hot tub and breakfast was great!!!!

gonna book a few more stays if I experience anything I don't like I will come back and say.
