Loved the location. Close to great eating, bars, and concert venue. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a nice selection. Don’t usually comment on this but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided smelled great!

The bed was pretty firm and uncomfortable. The hallways were very hot and humid but thankfully once you were in a room it got so much better. The coffee for breakfast was a bold coffee and it was awful. Maybe offer a medium roast instead or as an option. Parking is expensive. It’s the hotel garage lot and yet you’re charged an extra $17 a night just to park there. That should be included in your room stay.

Me and my friends came in town for a concert. Check in was fast and easy. We absolutely loved the women at the front desk they were so helpful to us! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and air worked great, and the breakfast was good too! It’s located close to a few restaurants and bars that made it easy on us to have fun and be close, and I always felt safe!

If you are visiting the Dylan or Woody Guthrie Centers, this is the best hotel to book. The centers are right down the street in easy walking distance as are several nice restaurants. The parking is a very reasonable $15. The Arts District features 108 Contemporary (museum) which is another plus and they are all on the same block. The hotel has a nice little indoor pool which we used and a nice breakfast with lots of choices and decent coffee.

Clean and updated rooms, great location!

The parking garage height is not accurate - its obscured by a pipe hanging several inches down - and we had booked this hotel partly because it had a secure parking garage. I was moving across country and measured the van height meticulously, but because of the pipe (and the height printed not accounting for it) the van got scraped and we had to find regular street parking.

Charles at the front desk was amazing. He assisted us with planning our meals and attractions. The room was modern, and the layout was perfect. It had a leather sofa and two televisions. You are in walking distance of museums, restaurants, and the center of the universe.

The mattress was too firm for my liking, but the bed was not uncomfortable—just not as comfortable as the previous hotels we stayed in.

I liked the location, not far from city centre, in an old industrial area. Nice confortable rooms, very clean bathroom

I didn't like the breakfast. Boiled eggs from days keept in a fridge, no fresh bread. The fist opened milk was already spoiled. And didn't aldo liked the paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Weve been staying there 2 yeara now.The staff there is amazing . Quick check-in always greeting with a smile. MY husband and I left 2 of our favorite jackets there. Tiffany helped make sure we got them back back.

Very friendly staff and clean. Secure and convenient location for going to Cains.

AC had a tick that was loud and annoying. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. I feel it was overpriced because of the comfort could have been better.

Excellent location for our event.

First room we were given was not properly clean. You could smell that prior guests had vomited by the bed. Needed to be deep cleaned further. Manager handled the situation properly and moved us to another room.

The location was very near what I was there for, a show at Cain’s and to see the Dylan Museum. It was clean and had a very friendly & efficient staff.

The entrance I went in isn’t marked bery well, needs a more visible sign!
