My husband and I came here from Shawnee for a night away, to celebrate my 33rd birthday. As we pulled into the hotel parking lot, our (new) truck died. (What crazy timing right?!) We were greeted by the super sweet valet employee, Montez. She and DJ were FABULOUS to help us find out a solution for our truck, being that we were out of town and didn't know anyone in the area to call. Montez was sweet enough to drive us to AutoZone and DJ jumped our truck twice! They also helped push our truck out of the way, along with some other amazing people who stopped to help! After no luck, DJ called his mechanic, and he came out after 9 PM at night to fix our truck. The other staff members were extremely accommodating, gracious and helpful throughout the whole process as well. We didn't get to follow through with our plans for the evening, but they gave me a birthday card and a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. I have NEVER been greeted with such caring attitudes from strangers who genuinely wanted to help us enjoy our night there. The hotel smelled great and was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Our room was clean, and we loved the decor & bed. Even if our night turned out a little different than we had planned, we feel like this staff far exceeds any other staff as we have stayed at many hotels over the years. Oh, and the roof top bar was AMAZING as well! What a beautiful touch on this hotel, we can't wait to come back again!

Everything was great!

Breakfast was delicious & great service!! Velet service was good. The hotel was beautiful & the gym was really nice. We didn't make it to the 6th floor to the rooftop bar.

The duvet cover had a stain that I wasn't sure of what it was, so I just took it off the bed. There was construction light next door to the hotelat night and early in the morning that was a little disappointing ... Considering I'm a light sleeper

1. Clean room; smelled fresh, not overpowering 2. Zen-like lighting 3. Bluetooth compatible TV 4. Comfy bed; nice bedding 5. Well-appointed room 6. Kind staff 7. Quiet 8. Location 9. Proximity to highway

We arrived relatively late, and the lobby smelled like strong cleaning products, the kind that knocks your socks off. Thought it was a one-off: Late night cleaning staff probably just finished. However, as we entered the lobby the next morning, the cleaning products smell was more powerful than ever. We almost skipped breakfast at the first floor restaurant, but we didn't have time to search for another place if we wanted to stick to this part of our road trip schedule.

Breakfast was outstanding, esp because we did not expect to get a free one the first morning. Had a great time with the restaurant staff our first (only) night. Room was clean and quiet.

Front desk person was not the friendliest when we checked in (bad day?).

We came for our son’s UT law graduation with 10 people (5 rooms) and we couldn’t have been happier. Staff was great sorting out the rooms and very accommodating seating us all for breakfast. I highly recommend adding breakfast to your reservation because it was fantastic. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city especially at sunset. The location is within walking distance to everything downtown and the entertainment district.

The rooms could use a little more light. It’s a little noisy on Saturday night for a little bit when the bars get out but that’s to be expected when your close to everything.

The hotel is trendy, clean, and has a fun rooftop lounge with great views. The front desk was very nice and helpful, especially Huey. Conveniently located and walking distance to ONEOK Field, BOK Center, restaurants and entertainment.

The restaurant doesn’t serve lattes or cappuccinos, and the drip coffee is very strong and bitter.

Loved the theme of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms. High ceilings, industrial accents, local artwork and themed around Tulsa industry. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with lovely artwork of the surrounding area. Beds were comfortable and the lighting allowed for several options to suit your mood. Bathroom and shower were excellent with the option to have both the wand and showergead active very much appreciated. Definitely recommending this hotel to friends.

Would have preferred water closet seperate from vanity but that is a bit nit picky.

The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing. The breakfast restaurant was lovely with wonderful options. The bar has a wonderful rooftop view and fantastic drinks.

If you are a light sleeper, know you are in a bar district. The bars are loud, but nothing awful, if you are a sound sleeper. I used ear plugs and it was fine. Parking is a mess. Even in the lot it was hard to find a place to park. Saturday night we were blocked in as the exit was blocked by two parked cars. Either Uber Saturday night or don't expect to find a parking spot after 11pm.

The location was perfect! Close to some really good bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The restaurant was good. The rooms were nice! The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious with great water pressure.

The only thing that I didn't care for was the ceiling in our room. It looked like they were trying to repair it but hadn't finished leaving it just concrete.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They also seemed to communicate with each other very well. I had some requests that spanned over a few shifts and the next person already knew without my repeating my situation. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who checked me in; but, perhaps it could be checked by the schedule and when I checked in. I would love to hand write a letter to the company about what a treasure this young man is. It was very busy when I checked in, he was handling multiple people simultaneously with humor and a great attitude. I personally have concerns and requests for hotel stays that I know are odd but he treated each as if he hears them every day and I left feeling not the least bit self-conscious and assured they would be addressed and they were.

I didn't realize the rooftop would be so much like a club on the weekends and the area would be so full of aggressive party-goers.
