The location was very convenient - 10 mins away from Cedar Hills, 15 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Target and Uwajimaya. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was good b/c they offered fresh fruits, cereal and milk, oatmeal and eggs. The room was a littler smaller than I expected but it had a full size refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and dishes; and lots of storage space. The showers had great water pressure.

We had kids in the room upstairs who were constantly running around. We didn't mind but we could hear them running around. There wasn't a trash room, so anytime we needed to throw a large box, we needed to bring it downstairs and ask the front desk. They were always really pleasant about it though.

- The three taxes (city, county, country) - No organic foods for breakfast - Dirty carpet in the smelly elevator

convenient location, new property, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, includes hot/cold breakfast buffet options, bed comfortable, nice kitchenette, nice TV, near metro commuter line, offered free cookies at front desk in afternoons/evenings and free quality single serve microwaveable oatmeal to take to room in the mornings.

hot buffet on alternate days had eggs with cheese only which I couldn’t eat-suggest offering cheese as add on; bathroom did not have a exhaust fan, need to add another towel bar in bathroom

Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Rooms were awesome, it was like a tiny studio apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice and had consistent hot water. And they let me have my doggy with me :)

A bit pricey, but considering how great the hotel is, it’s not too bad paying that price

The super friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast, the safe parking lot, the large room (with kitchen!) and very comfortable bed! And pet friendly!

I like everything about the property and I will be back!

We were traveling with a cat so I let them know ahead of time and when we arrived there were food bowls prepared in the room. Traveling with pets is so stressful so I appreciated that care they showed us.

The location was great for our needs. Personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

We had a studio King and it was pretty small. We would stay in a larger unit next trip.

We had our 4 month old with us and the room was 100 percent perfect We!!! We will now be booking at this hotel chain on every trip when possible!

Location was in a great town.

Staff communication could be improved. Experienced an incident where someone thought I would be checking out, so our stay was almost accidentally cut short. discussion with a different staff member later in the day fortunately helped to straighten things out.
