I really appreciated the made to order breakfast option, as well as the fresh steamed rice and hot oatmeal options. Also, the onsite laundry was straightforward. Although one of the machines was out of order, I was still able to continue without skipping a beat. I also really liked the late afternoon/early evening happy hour with drinks and snacks. I loved that you had IPA as a beverage choice.

The floor was a little sticky around the breakfast hard floor area - probably from spilt coffee/syrup. It was not big deal though, considering the inevitable light spills around the juice/soda and coffee areas.

The welcome was exceptional, the rooms very spacious. Exceptional experience with my family. My kids enjoyed the stay more as it was their first time in America 🇺🇸, and they were collecting souvenirs. The hotel was very kind to contribute to it.

When I got at the hotel I had lots of luggage 🧳 plus 3 kids. Noone tried to assist me with taking the luggage to the room. I understand it's a big hotel you can't cater for everyone, but I think when you see one struggling, just offer some help.

The hotel is in a great location close to excellent shopping at Washington Square Mall. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The pull-out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I think I got four hours of sleep maximum. I got up today, Mother's Day, completely unrested with a pulled muscle in my back. There is no excuse for a nice hotel to lack comfort. I could feel the springs of the mattress in my back. I was completely exhausted all day and could barely enjoy my Mother's Day. Extremely disappointed they would have beds like this for their guests!

The room was very spacious. Large sitting room with lounge couch, table and chairs and TV. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-size bed with wonderful pillows. The bathroom is very large with extra linens. Free continental breakfast was great with lots of options. Large parking lot. Close to mall and gas stations. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Parking lot spaces closer to entrance very narrow. Shampoo attached to shower wall not refilled. Out dated shower nozzle that took a bit to figure out. The furnace in the room was a tad loud but good for white noise.

We took advantage of the breakfasts and loved them! It was nice that a manager came by to make certain we had all we needed. We were in Portland for the first part of a 2 week trip. In Portland we visited family...we were very close from the Embassy Suite...and went to one of your Oregan Vineyards, Elk Cove. You provided a wonderful landing spot...very comfortable.

Really I can't think of one thing that was bad! Or could have been better. You met a our expectations.

Food was great, the continental breakfast is wonderful. Most places either charge you a bunch of money for not much choice, or it’s a selection of cold fruits, pastry’s and or muffins. Not here. Great omelets, waffles, bacon and eggs. It was YUMMY. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and not only was the food great the service was fantastic. Their beds are to die for. I have tried buying hotel linens, etc, but they are just never the same.

I don’t walk very well, bad back and sciatica. Our room was one room short of being the farthest away from the elevator. Not their fault, it was only one night so I didn’t make a fuss about changing rooms. Next time will ask for room closer to the elevator

Very nice experience for 5 nights with party of 2. Price is reasonable. Room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast is one of better ones in the area. They also have complimentary early evening chips, salsa, crackers, cheese bar. Parking can be a bit difficult on weekends or when convention is in town. It is easy to get to from downtown Portland or the airport. Will use them again next time in town.

Hallways could be a little cleaner.

(1) Location is good (2) Staffs are very nice (3) Simple to check in and check out (4) Spacious room with separate spaces if one is working and another is sleeping

(1) The chairs in the suite were too soft for working and using laptop (fell like dropped in the chair) (2) One of the three elevators was in maintenance and carrying things a nightmare. Stairs would be faster most of the time. (3) Parking lot was often full

Very convenient by the mall. The lady that welcomed us was very sweet and helpful, and the room was peaceful.

The bathtub faucet was a bit of a challenge to reach. The food choices and quality was not very good. It is nice they offer though. We also asked one of the ladies what was happening in the hotel since there were so many people coming in. She didn’t give me a straight answer, and stayed vague. we were trying to figure out if it was something that we could check out, but she refused to give us the information. Which was very weird to us. we didn’t like to make a fuss so we left it at that, and this was just that one lady, but everyone else was very nice.

Separate sitting area & bedroom. Always love Hilton pillows & Zero toiletries. Room service was good. Pool looked fun. The inside courtyard design is nice. Later check out time was awesome.

There was a noticeable gap under the door. Although curtained & frosted, front window isn’t appreciated. Tub fixtures need upgrade as dialing in water temp was very tedious. Room service to include breakfast would be nice. Plenty of parking so not sure why $10 to park in open lot.
