This hotel blew me away! I wasn't expecting much from a hotel in Forest Grove, but it was such a welcome surprise! I needed to book a weeks stay there last minute, and the employees were so kind and accommodating! The entire facility is extremely clean! Room, pool, common areas, all are very well kept and clean. The stay was quiet and we experienced zero issues. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! A lot of choices, and the lady running it was so sweet! It was a much appreciated stay!

Nothing, literally everything was great!

The facilities were very clean and the employees were all very helpful and kind. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms in particular! The breakfast options were delicious and the lady running the breakfast was very sweet.

The only thing that needed attention was the sauna area, but they seem to be remodeling that anyways. Everything else was great!

The breakfast was great, as was the staff in charge of breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the tub drained well. Staff was great in accommodating any requests, issues, and reservation changes for family members.

The first room we checked into reeked of cat urine but we were immediately moved to another room. The smell was brought in the new room somehow (vacuum?) on subsequent days. Let front desk know. Not enough light in the room.

We liked that everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! We were very comfortable during our whole stay. Loved that the pool and spa were open and available 24 hours.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was wonderful and we will come back and stay again!

The extra care of making chicken noodle soup for the guests, and 24 hour pool and spa for adults after 10:pm.

check in was a little late if it’s gonna be that late check out should be later. I wish they would bring back the steam room that they had not take it away. 

I booked a room here for my mother. Our home has stairs and she is disabled and needs an easy entry room and bathroom. This meets all those requirements! And my mom visited during the hottest days of the year and the room was nice and comfortable.

My mom's only complaint was the bed was too tall for her to get in and out of easily.

Friendly staff; pretty good coffee / nice variety at breakfast (including options for vegan and gluten-free). The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. It was nice having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It is also easily walkable to Grand Lodge outdoor concert venue++

Some photos online showed a small workout room, but appears those are outdated or incorrectly placed since the property does not have a workout room (only pool, hot tub). Personal preference / otherwise nothing really negative about our stay.

We arrived earlier than check-in time, but our room happened to be ready so they let us check in early. There was some fresh fruit and cookies available to guests, perhaps left over from the free breakfast that day.

I wanted a copy of my bill the afternoon prior to checking out, but the clerk deferred me to the night clerk who came in later. I asked the night clerk but was again deferred until the actual check out day. It would've been simple enough to manually write in the room charges and the zero balance, not a big deal.

Breakfast was very good. Nice way to start the day. Location of the motel was within walking distance of my event. Staff were friendly and helpful. Noise level was good for a motel this size. It was quiet during the night.

The bed was a little worn and not too comfortable. The Bathroom was a little cramped. Television was a little small but worked good. No other complaints.

Very friendly desk staff - check-in was smooth and simple, The entire facility was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Kelly did a fantastic job with breakfast - it's obvious that she really enjoys her job, because she's so friendly and the dining area was outstanding!

I wanted to stay in the room until just before checkout time, but forgot to post the "Privacy Please" sign on my door. Cleaning staff knocked about an hour prior to checkout time, and I told them I'd be out at checkout time. They knocked again about 15 minutes before checkout time.
