For me, this location is ideal. The rooms have an extra seating area and plenty of table space which I appreciate. The tables are also easily rearranged allowing for flexibility around how the room is configured.

I am a bit unusual in that I am a late sleeper. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered a little later. Also had a dog in another room that was barking which was annoying. I understand the desire to be pet friendly. It would be nice to offer rooms for those who don't want to be near dogs at the other end of the property. I do appreciate being on different floors, but the other end of the building would also help.

The room was spacious. Staff Maria Rivera and the others was courteous and attentive. The breakfast was very great, more then a continental one. They have Cinnamon brioche, caffe, juice ,muffin, sometime bacon, sometime sausage, omelet, rice, oatmeal, yogourt and more. The location is great, there is great cafe spot and restaurant at Orenco Station and you can take the MAX to go downtown Portland.

The price for a bottle of water was too high (3$ by bottle). They don't have a swimming pool / spa. The laundry was expensive.

I didn't have breakfast so I don't know how it was. I am a late riser and most hotels do not offer a breakfast at 10. For me, the location was ideal. I also really appreciate that this location did NOT add a parking charge to the room rate. There are several hotels in the area that are starting to do this without clearly showing this as an additional charge. This alone will cause me to choose this hotel over others in the area. I appreciate them being clear about the cost of the stay.

The front desk team and management are exceptional - a secret in-suite birthday gift was delivered prior to our arrival (thank you!) and the check-in process was easy. The breakfast was sensational: a full continental breakfast with pancakes, oatmeal, sausages, cereal, juice, yogurt and more: it started each day of our stay off on the right foot. I left a jacket in the closet, and the manager was super helpful in helping to get it packed up and taken to a shipping depot where I could arrange for it to be shipped back to me.

The breakfast is awesome! Location works very well for us since we travel to be near to and visit with family.

Something that can't really be changed - the bathroom could be bigger! We would sacrifice the extra couch space in the main room for more room to move around in the bathroom.

1. Hotel did not respond to question sent via Booking chat, until after already checked-in. 2. Trash cans placed in front of elevator call buttons. Required leaning over trash/smell when pushing button.

Breakfasts

AC did not work properly until they changed thermostats, and never reached set point even though it was on all week. There was no way to block the light out of the room, the blinds were pretty much useless, and the bathroom is very tiny.

EVERYTHING! I love it because it was in the middle of everything and they workers were so nice. The place was clean with the exception of the blanket, which smelt like body OB. But we just simply separated it with a second sheet we brought.

I wish there was a heater fan in the bathrooms lol. However, being able to completely open the bedroom windows made it very satisfying. Usually hotels have limitations to have far the windows open.

Good selection of breakfast items - love the pancake machine. Conveniently situated in the central Orenco section of West Hillsboro which is a lovely tree-lined neighborhood. Short walk to light rail station, restaurants, shopping and parks. Ample free parking. Spacious room with a large HD television on a movable wall-mounted stand. Work desk on wheels that can be moved.

The coffee is so so. Would like more choice than just medium roast both in the room and in the lobby/breakfast area. Suggest an additional dark roast option. The in-room sofa, while a nice addition to have, had super soft cushions that made it quite uncomfortable to sit on.

The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of food on offer. The location is close to the MAX line and can be useful when travelling into the town centre. The staff was polite and available to ensure you had a good stay.

The facility itself is looking tired and needs an update. The rooms are clean but tired/old. The air conditioner was noisy and has a mind of its own. It was hard to regulate the temperature within the room. There was a bulb missing near the main door to the room. This could be an odd case!
