Love the breakfast. So yummy and lots of options. Loved how clean the rooms were.

The only thing I could say negative is when we checked in the Guy Levi was so kind and helpful and was doing fine. Then a older lady came over to answer a question he had and she started rolling her eyes and shaking her head and really degrading this poor sweet kid Levi. She started like pointing all the things wrong. Then my husband ask for water and she says those are only for the diamond customer which we are the diamond customer. I just feel this is no way to treat a new employee and do in front of a customer or even not in front. You just don’t treat people like that. I think her name was Madeline or Melanie . Not sure really.

Spectacular place! It seriously looks like you could easily do a beautiful wedding here. Immaculate new looking facility, fresh baked cookies at check in, extensive Japanese garden with koi pond (feed them for fifty cents!), friendly staff, comfortable beds, fun pool and hot tub, fancy bathroom with stone countertops, quiet, just gorgeous place! Breakfast served at their in house restaurant is complimentary!

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, with servers who had a system for serving you. Beautiful facility in quiet area of Lebanon. We found Lebanon to be wanting, but it's very close to Corvallis which is a terrific small town w a great Farmers Mkt on Wed and Sat in seasons. Pool and hot tub great. A nice garden w large Koi garden/ pond attached.

Mattress was soft for our taste.

The hotel had had a wedding event the day before- garbage cans around pool filled with trash, no towels for pool area, floors in lobby bathroom dirty and area in second floor that must have been for wedding party was not cleaned up- empty beer cans, partially disassembled tables. Took what could have been a great hotel down to a good hotel

I am traveling with a medical condition and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my challenges, despite having other large groups in at the same time. Also fixed a Booking.com problem with the reservation. The Japanese garden and pond were really breathtaking and made for a lovely view. The suite was thoughtfully laid out and had everything I needed. Loved the fireplace, separation of sitting/working area and bedroom and the quiet refrigerator. Nice walk-in shower too.

I liked the room and cleanliness of room and common areas. Very comfortable. Quiet room. Staff at reception, housekeeping, breakfast. Really excellent accommodations.

There was mold on caulking surrounding tile in shower. Would be great to have mold removed. Otherwise, everything was excellent in my opinion.

The room was modern and clean, bed was comfortable with great pillows. The staff were all very friendly. (And Haley got is there with directions by phone!) Enjoyed the Japanese gardens with trail around the large koi pond. Feeding the koi was great entertainment. We recommend Schmizza Public House (behind Shari's) for dinner. We went there twice!

Service at breakfast was good. It is not self-serve yet, so you have an order slip to fill out. Which worked fine. But the eggs and pancakes were cold, and possibly cooked hours earlier. And the oatmeal was WAY too runny. (Use about 1/2 as much water guys!) And the shower... I am usually disappointed by the showers in hotels. This one was better than average, but the grout needed to be cleaned down near the tub level, and the metal soap/shampoo rack was broken. One other suggestion is to put better felt pads on the dresser/armoire piece drawers and esspecially inside the door. They are a bit loud when closing. Just some minor items. Otherwise, we loved our room!

The pool and hot tub were nice and the Japanese Gardens were a fabulous bonus I didn't know about. We weren't able to stay in Eugene/Springfield due to the Track and Field trials unless we were going to pay $400 a night or for a really cheap hotel so this was a great back up plan. While I've grown up in this area I had not explored Lebanon, a nice quaint town. Enjoyed having access to Albany/Corvallis and the proximity to Newport. My friend came from Montana and said this was one of the nicer hotels she had stayed at.

Can't think of anything really other than it was a little farther from Eugene/Springfield then I had initially thought.

best place to stay in town, always classy. The breakfast is good! During Covid they did breakfast in sacks, but they are now allowing guests to order breakfast off of a list, they put it together for you and you get to sit in the restaurant to eat it. Very nice!

Nothing, it’s beautiful! The koi pond and grounds are really neat! lots of huge fish!

The garden is beautiful, and was very picturesque in the snow. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I didn't exactly like that the breakfast wasn't self-serve (you fill out a form and someone gets it from the bar for you), but I understand that in recent times policies have had to change for health reasons.
