The management was excellent and very friendly. They went above and beyond thinking ahead and asking the proper questions for our stay to be the best. When we arrived they switched our room to a non pet/ non smoking room., which was very kind of them to inquire about our needs since I booked through booking.com and forgot to put that in as a request. Microwave and mini-fridge in room. Air conditioning worked well. A good continental breakfast from 6:30am-10am. Some vending machines for the late night munchies, drinks and an ice machine. Laundry facilities in site. $1.50 for wash and an additional $1.50 for dryer. A late night window for after hours checkin and an easy check out system.

There was no elevator but an employee was able to help us with our bags. So a negative on the elevator but still a positive on great staff. The hotel is only one flight of stairs. Very manageable.

I LOVED the woman who took care of the breakfast every morning. She was so sweet and made us feel at home for the week we stayed. Breakfast was good: hard-boiled eggs, bagels, eggos, toast, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice (There was more, I just can't remember). (They even had gluten-free options) The managers keeps the hotel clean, laundry room was nice and not expensive ($1.50 for washer, $1.00 for dryer). We are a family of 4, my boys loved the inside pool. Our room was cleaned each day (towels refreshed, beds made, etc.). I find that often at hotels rooms even when non smoking smell like smoke, NOT here, you can tell they care. You can see the work the manager puts into their facilities. We have to return for another summer program next year. I will be booking here again. Or at the a property managed by this husband and wife team. They are great!

Very close to the event I was attending.

The entrance to the property was hard to see, especially at night time. The room 222, we first walk in and it smelled like an old cigarrett smell. I cant tell if its the carpet is too old thats why there was that bad smell. We opened the window for at least 4 hrs to let the smell out but when we came back in our room, still smelly. Luckily we only stayed 1 night or Ill be requesting to switch a room. The water pressure in the shower is awesome, it has pressure! The pool has some pile of fine sand looking. Hot tub is fine. Friendly Staff when I went down for breakfast.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. We were in town for a family weekend. Comfortable, clean and friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect with restaurants and shops all walking distance. The continental free breakfast was convenient and my kids really enjoyed it! We even got to chat with the owner, she's great. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Everything was so clean! The appliances all worked well and the location is away from the busy trafficked road so you get that peace you need. The owners are caring and attentive and the staff is friendly and hard working. This was truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They made it feel like a home and not just a hotel. We even ended up staying an extra night.

The hours for when breakfast is done most places they have it available till 9:00am sometimes even 10:00am. Breakfast wasn't available past 8:30am. And the pool only stayed open until 9:00pm. It would of been better to have it till atleast 10:00pm like most places. But really, that is only just a small issue. The place was absolutely amazing and I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone!

Breakfast options were excellent. All condiments anyone could ever want for food including peanut butter! News on tv to know weather for the week, etc. Very clean and easy location convenient to George Fox and main streets. Super friendly staff!

Can’t think of anything lacking

. The hotel itself was clean the staff was fantastic and the bonus was the jacuzzi was working wonderfully.

While we liked the room, unfortunately it seemed that someone prior intentionally spilled perfume in the room to cover up smoking in the room while there was no smoking. We had to air out the room and boy did it stink. Also not the hotels fault, unfortunately in the parking lot outside our room in the lot next door in the middle of the night, seemed like a homeless person on drugs coughing and hacking away. Not on the hotel property and not the hotels fault or responsibility. It's just what happened. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and I'm quite happy about that given what we paid for it.

We loved the pool and jacuzzi . bed was comfortable and lots of movie channels 😀

I didn't like how the staff treated me on my breakfast. I was taking it to my room. but the staff was rude how he approached me wanting my name and room number!¹ he says they have problems with ants but then why can you microwave food in your room? .we will never be back there again

The type of food for breakfast is not what I am eating these days but it looked nice. I did enjoy the coffee though. I loved my room location for ease of all I had to bring for work. Lovely!

Hot tub was a little well hot. I have a hot tub at home and yours was much hotter than mine of 102 degrees. Otherwise loved it.

Friendly on arrival and accommodating during stay. That's the reason they succeeded during the pandemic. Great restaurant right next door. Bear in the name. Big portions and great traditional menu.

The whole bookings.com description about having to pay up front by bank transfer and no parking at a travel motel/hotel. Almost canceled because of those statements. Non of that came true. Paid by charge card at the end and parking was convenient. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by others in my group.
