great location

I slipped on the first step of the pool because there was some slimy film or algae maybe & I dislocated my knee, I had to go to the ER, I can’t walk, I’m in a full leg brace & have to use crutches to get around. I reported it to the front desk person Heather, who said she reported it to Singh the general manager but I’m still waiting to hear back from him to file the incident report. I am thinking they either applied too much chlorine to the step or they skipped cleaning that step in the pool, either way it took me by surprise & landed me in the ER with excruciating pain on top of it.

The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. I was concerned about noise but the room was quiet and we slept well. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

For the nightly rate I expected a little more. I also didn't like that for breakfast there was extensive use of single-use plastics and paper plates instead of simple dishes.

Room was nice and clean...like being upstairs. When we checked in, the key didn't work, and the manager tried but said we need a different room...that happens. When we went to get a new room, they asked if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor, so we had a choice, which I like. The breakfast was good too...bacon tasted good, which doesn't always happen and there were lots of choices.

When we first arrived, the lobby and hallways had an overpowering smell of a room spray...when we got upstairs, there was none. The next day the smell was gone.

Nice clean spacious room. Quiet with very comfortable bed.

There was only one small wastebasket in the room and the breakfast items were almost cleaned out by the time we got to the breakfast room with no attendant in sight. Had to ask the front desk to get someone to refill the hot items and then breakfast was quite good, altho even the bold coffee lacked flavor.

Great Room, half the price from the “Other name brand Hotel” down the street. Great location Close to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, shopping, etc. Plus Directly across the street were two food eating spots.

Super courteous helpful staff. Room was very clean. Whole facility had pleasant aroma. Great location from hospital. Nice places to shop lots restaurants. Easy in and out.

Although everything was pretty clean the bathroom needs some TLC. Chaulking around tub didn't look professionally done nor around toilet. Paint job was not professional as the door knobs in bathroom were just painted around and around. Door trim and baseboards need bit TLC. Thought it was overpriced. I travel.alot so l see alot. Not complaining too much but some things should be in check. Considering other lower class hotels and their ratings l did think this was far above. Yes l.would stay again. No breakfast...especialy when your having lots testing done at Drs and hospital would be nice. Thank you. I come from beach town and l.see how ridiculously priced accomdations are. Even when it's not worth it, your still stuck paying high prices. 150 for yours would be way in line.

Sorry I don't remember the young woman you checked us in, but she was all over it. From reading what was requested due to recent spouse surgery/rehab to making our stay while visiting with family and friends during a special Birthday weekend! The Bathroom had safety bars for us to hold on while in and out of shower. We Thank you!

Beds were amazing. I wanted to take it home with me! Housekeeping were very polite and room looked great. Plus Kevin the Mgr. really came through for us.

There was not much not to like. Maybe more than 1 washer and 1 dryer.

I had not requested one, but I asked when checking in for a"disability room" with a walk-in shower. The staff member assigned that room to me and i could not have been happier. My only concern was that neither staff nor guests wore masks.

Nobody wore a mask. The room was next door to the gym and I could hear the people on the treadmill.

How new and clean and quiet our room was. Bedding was excellent. Shower massage very nice after long trip.

The lobby area seemed a bit crowded with a lot of papers/advertising/furniture. Breakfast was good but no juices or water.
