The front desk did an excellent job getting us a new room when we had an issue with our initial room. Otherwise it was a typical Super 8 - comfortable, inexpensive, no frills, convenient location. The free breakfast was prepackaged microwave sandwiches, yogurt, juice, and coffee, and it was actually better than the breakfast at some of the other Super 8s I've stayed at.

The first room we were assigned was not properly cleaned.

The staff was great. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but it was DELISCIOUS! It was very popular, so it would be nice if the dining area was a little larger. The room was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. There is a brand new gas station right in the parking lot and great food near by.

The pool needs to be open later. There are so many things to do in the area, by the time we got back to the hotel and really just wanted to go soak in the hot tub for a half hour or so, it was already closed.

Easy to find; easy to get back on our way home. Actual food for a breakfast. Atmosphere was very friendly. Things in good repair and clean

Noisy. You could hear the cars on the freeway, people above you, people to the side of you. Room was.pretty small with 2 beds in it. Person down the hall was smoking pot in their room. I only suspected the first night. Second day passed boarder in the hall and the smell coming off their clothes was undeniable. Sorry, we should have reported this but we weren't sure until the person was actually checking out.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

My son was super bummed he couldn't swim on our last day. Pool hours said 6am-10pm and between the times of 7am-10am, we went down about 4 different times and there was a guy cleaning the pool. I know that's his job but there was no warning and it was during "open swim" hours. My son, who is autistic, didn't understand.

The hotel was a basic hotel. It was clean and safe. I liked that people could only access rooms through the front desk door, making it much safer, since I was traveling alone. Good place to stop on a long drive.

The pool was not working, but the manager called before to let me know. I wasn't planning on using the pool anyway.

We would like to give a special appreciation to staff member Eric. We have a special needs dog who found it very difficult to be able to stay standing or to walk on the slippery floors. We asked Eric if he had any extra rugs or towels that we could use to cover the floor so our dog could have some traction. Eric gave us a couple of large towels. Then, he knocked on our door with a large blanket. He didn't have to bring the blanket, for he had already addressed our need with the towels, but he knew that they were probably not enough, so he took it upon himself to see that a blanket would cover more space. He was right. Between our own dog blanket, the towels, and the additional blanket, our dog was able to sleep, stand, and walk comfortably. Eric's compassion towards our dog and his understanding of our need led him to being most accommodating and helpful to us. Please give Eric some sort of acknowledgment and commendation for his going out of the way for us - and our dog, Miles Davis.

I got room and It a great stay, although on June 17th I booked a room and when I got here the gut gave my rm away , he said I didn't have a reservation, and when I proved i did he grabbed my new phone and dropped on its face. He told me I was a liar and to quit freaking out about him dropping my phone. Then told us to leave ir he was calling the cops. Never again, and never have I been treated so badly

I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. And seeing the clerk cleaning the area the whole time I was in the dining room area.

It would be nice if the shampoo & soaps containers were easier to use. I had difficulty getting the soaps out. It would have been helpful to have the option of using the old fashioned bar of soap.

Breakfast is fine, I really love how family oriented hotel is. The bed is very comfortable for me. Air conditioning works great! Only thing missing was some conditioner in the shower.

Actually I can’t complain about anything I feel.

I loved that there was no carpeting in the room. It felt very clean and looked very nice. Late night and early morning front desk help was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out.

If I had to complain about something, the beds were very firm which may bother some people but we didnt have any issues with it.
