Front staff was excellent. Very convenient location, they give a breakfast coupon for thier restaurant which had amazing food. 7 ft pool so kiddo loved that.

Room was an odd shape. Went in door to go down a 20ft hallway to our bed and bathroom. Cleaning staff didn't want to wait in the morning to clean our room. Little before 9 they started pounding on our door. They must not have heard me because 5 minutes later they tried opening our door. Glad they had the little chain lock because I had just gotten out of the shower. Was not impressed with this. (Front staff assured me this was not normal.)

Cousins is an amazing place. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk women are so nice, sweet, beautiful, and very helpful. They make your stay there very enjoyable. The food is always good for what they do have. (They seem to be out of everything I've ordered)

I didn't like that there was no shower door in the bathroom, and the barn door style door that closed for the bathroom never really shut. It's like it's not wide enough to cover the whole door opening. The sliding glass doors going out to the pool area need better blinds and could use some blackout curtains as well. The coffee pot area needs some better lighting. The two young hosts girls on Sunday evening for the restaurant were very unfriendly and a little bit rude. You could tell they were not enjoying their job, and they didn't wanna be there, and they didn't put any effort in helping you enjoy it either.

Very easy to find. Right off freeway. Clean. Great friendly staff. Very good deal on Booking with Genius discount. I would come back just for the food at the adjoining restaurant. Huge portions! Comfort food done right and the best breakfast staff. I am very picky and the last time I went to a cheap Motel recommended by a family member I was very disappointed.

The bed was not that great. I think the mattress was worn out. I couldn’t adjust the shower head and it was spraying onto the floor. Not a deal breaker because the water pressure was very strong. Someone’s car alarm keeping me up at 1 am wasn’t cool and I got a weed smell in the early morning coming from somewhere. But that’s not the motel’s fault.

We have stayed before and will again. Had a great breakfast and a few drinks in lounge night before. Wait staff was friendly with swift service in all areas.

Ok in room 205 not sure what you can do but when the shower is on it's like a fan blows the curtain and water gets everywhere! Ugh!! We cleaned it up but others might not and the water will damage carpet, wallpaper etc. we had to turn faucet towards back wall to keep water leaking to a minimum and wasn't a good shower for washing bodies. Also faucet was installed above the tile and it's very high to reach for a shorter person.

We stayed in a ground floor room that was very clean & comfortable. It had all the standard amenities. Great shower. Comfy beds and pillows. We only stayed one night, but it was quiet all around despite being full. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And it was very reasonably priced. We would most definitely stay here again. Bonus is the restaurant right there! The breakfast was outstanding!

We stayed only one night and there wasn't anything that we didn't like. One minor thing - we had to switch out the batteries from the A/C (?) controller to the TV controller to get it to work but not that big of a deal. I'm sure if we had needed to contact someone for assistance they would have been more than helpful.

The restaurant was good. Not many healthy options for vegetarian on the menu but it was very good. We had take out for dinner and then enjoyed the Sunday buffet 9-2. It was very good with a lot of options. We were given a 20 percent off voucher. I appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean.

It wasn’t the fault of the hotel but the people above us seemed like they were running laps in the room and very loud non stop. The people next to us left their dog in the room for 2 hours barking, while I assume they went to dinner. And then again at 6:00 am, yapping dog woke me up. (We also had to dog with us that was a bit stressed for the dog). We had to pay a pet fee and you would never know we had a dog with us…..

The vaulted ceiling rooms were reasonably priced and beautiful. Very quiet could not hear neighbors. Great accommodations! The bar/restaurant was above and beyond!! Tway was an excellent server juggling bartending and serving was no problem for him. Loved the personality he brought to the table and even though the kitchen ran out of shrimp, he resolved it with a cinnamon roll. The largest cinnamon roll I have EVER seen!! Great service!! Didn’t like that we lost $40 to the slots, but that’s on us. Ha! AM front desk staff was great at getting me ALL the receipts for our rooms with much patience on their part. Thanks!!

The front desk could not find my reservations right away. I had to tell them to look again. Made me look unprofessional in front of my participants, however they eventually found them and apologized.

Clean, bed comfortable. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Extra towels and facecloths. Laundry room was reasonably priced and convenient

Outlet by sink was loose so hairdryer kept shutting off. Vending machine overcharged, there is a sign that says there is a hold on your account for more than the actual cost. Hopefully it will be adjusted in 24-72 hours as it says, $5.20 for a can of soda is alot!

Check-in was very easy, super friendly staff, coffee available at check-in. Right off the freeway so easy overnight on a trip (not sure how it would be for a longer stay). Large shower and lots of counter space for the sink. good size room with a table and 2 chairs. The mini fridge is a good size and has a small freezer section that actually freezes.

Hotel provided late checkout (great!) but forgot to tell housekeeping. housekeeping was SUPER nice about it, but would have been nicer for both housekeeping and us if the front desk had made the note for housekeeping.

Upon arriving, the front desk staff was hospitable and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed for this short stay as I traveled a long distance that day. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff there were also very nice.

Every aspect of my stay met or exceeded my expectations. I would/will stay again when I travel through The Dalles.
