My friend and I loved the character and simplicity of the property and neighborhood. The little grocery store was a great added bonus. The fact that it was in a residential area and super quiet, beautiful view of the water from our big front window.— wonderful!

Reception at front desk unwelcoming at first, but apology later. Rep there had some issues with computer and some booking errors (not any with us) that were understandably frustrating.

The layout of the cottage was beautiful inside. And the excellent location with partial water view was awesome! We could live here! The photos online do not even do the listing justice! Also enjoyed keyless entry and being able to arrive later with no fuss.

The floor turned our bare feet black. And our cottage number wasn't displayed, so we drove in circles around the entire property a few times. And parking was very tight.

we stayed in the queen suite which is a loft style suite, you have to climb some stairs/ladder-sequence steps to get to the bed room area but that was no trouble for us. just a reminder for those who may need accessibility assistance. the view is unbeatable and everything was clean. check in was easy with communication via text message and reminder texts in the morning to ask if anything was needed like fresh towels or coffee restock. though it’s a bit dated, the hotel is very charming and the price is fair. would stay here again!

the bathroom was a tight squeeze, and the outside could use a pressure wash. but we were delighted once we saw the view and access to the beach.

Our room afforded a spectacular view of Netarts Bay. Aside from the outside noise, it was very comfortable.

We had a ground floor room, and guests from other rooms all congregated for a party on the lawn right in front of it. It wasn't horrible, but the talking got to be fairly loud and went pretty late. It was a very nice, warm night, and I wouldn't want to diminish anyone's enjoyment of it, but a little courtesy goes a long way.

The location of the room couldn't be better. It was close to everything and had a certain charm. The layout of the room itself was good and while small, it was nice.

The walls were thin so that it was quite obvious there were people walking up the stairs next door.

I loved this place so much. Clean and cute, fantastic view of the bay, and cozy rooms. Location is perfect. Comfortable bed and nice staff. Good kitchen. I hope I can go back soon!

Location was amazing. We had an unobstructed view of the bay from our unit (2). There was stairs to the beach across from the property. Unit was rustic and roomy for the three of us. So great to have a small kitchen. The locals were very friendly. Grocery stores and coffee within walking distance. Restaurants within a few miles. I liked the keypad entry. No key to keep track of.

It's an older establishment which gives it a lot of rustic charm which I love, but it could have been a little cleaner...especially the bathroom. It was passable, but I had to forgive some grime. I hope housekeeping improves in that respect because I really liked otherwise.

it’s a great property, the location can’t be beat.

Although really beautiful it is showing it’s age. Also there was literally no interaction with any staff. Everything was done via text and email. I felt a few too many texts and emails saying essentially the same thing. We had a kitchen but there was no spatula to use and or any salt, pepper etc. and was minimally equipped but it certainly did the trick.

The staff was wonderful. The beds were wonderful. The view spectacular. The back area was right out the door with chairs and that view!! It had a full kitchen and great water pressure & lots of hot water. Such a charming place!!

The view was amazing! It's a really small town, but we liked that about it. There was a little dive bar down the road. It's super easy to check in and out. We didn't have to talk to anyone when we got there and we just texted them that we were checking out. We were really surprised at how big it was, we weren't expecting a whole condo! It has that rustic feel. There was a whole kitchen and the bed is on the second level and was really comfy. The heating could use some work, it was slightly cold, but we slept well. Be aware that the walls are VERY thin though lol. We will definitely be coming back!
