Loved the room, the size of the Junior Suite, the swimming pool being open, and the comfortable beds. Ninety-five percent of the staff were awesome and friendly. We loved almost everything about this hotel....

But, we could have done without the older check-in clerk being abrupt with us. We understand rules are rules, but when a younger teen is asking a clarification on a rule, interrupting them while they are still asking and treating them as if they are too dumb to understand is quite rude. We never got the clarification needed either because the clerk brushed her off and ignored us afterwards.

Great staff,clean facility ,smelled good , clean rooms ,good breakfast , outside maintained and clean ,pool was fun ...easy check in process ,no issues getting fresh towels .Love the lobby mini store ..please add dryer sheets and lint rollers to your stocked items .

Laundry rooms closed at 10pm ..our bed was very used sagging in the middle not the worst ,but still not very comfortable . Broken electrical outlet on wall . The breakfast was good lots of choices ,but the biscuits and gravy was awful ..biscuits were dry and the sausage gravy tasted old and from a can ...if a southern ever eats this ya'll gonna get in trouble .

Everything was amazing! Room was clean, polished, smelled great. Facility was outstanding! Didn't expect to have an indoor pool or hottub or workout room! You can tell a room is high quality when you see the caulking around the tub or bathroom is perfect and straight and no leaking plumbing issues anywhere. The breakfast was fantastic and totally unexpected and appreciated!

We stayed in room 117 and the light of the bathroom could be a little brighter since the wall and floor color was dark. Also, the shower curtain could be a little longer and could have used a clear inner liner to prevent water from spilling out onto the floor. Last but not least, consider having a digital way of leaving tips. Perhaps a QR code could be taped to the tables of the rooms and the dining room? People rarely have cash these days. Even street performers have Venmo Codes taped to their tip box.

Every single employee we came across was extremely friendly, the pool was great, breakfast was good, our room was spacious for our family of 5, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, I've never really found hotel beds comfortable, and the staff was over the top accommodating. I can't say enough how friendly all the employees were. Check in was a breeze and we had absolutely no issues our entire 3 night stay. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Lincoln City. Extremely close to beach access, Starbucks is across the parking lot and there is plenty of food options close by. My family loves Ashley Inn and Suites and we will most definitely be back in the future! My only regret was not making time to experience the fire pit because it looks soooo nice! My kids wanted to stay in the pool the entire time 😂 Thank you for great service.

Not a single complaint.

The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The sofa was great when we watched television, and my husband enjoyed the desk for some computer time. The refrigerator kept our food items nice and cold. The shower was super wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast waffles and the fresh hot plates served at the breakfast room and we loved the fresh coffee and cookies. This location was right in the middle of several places we visited, so super close to where we wanted to be each day. We had a lovely time .

We had a great time here, so nothing to complain about.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

The cable TV signal cut out every couple minutes for a few seconds, on every channel.. wasn't a big deal but a bit annoying when we just wanted to watch some tv before bed. 🤷 The beds were soft and I mean SOFT.. feels great at first but ended up not sleeping very well and woke up a little sore because personally I need a firmer mattress with a little more support for my back. Sleeping on a cloud sounds great in theory, but I need more support.

The room was way beyond my expectations. Huge comfortable bed, wonderful little lounge area. Computer desk where I could do my work from. Refrigerator and microwave were a plus! The morning breakfast was awesome!!! Overall, an exceptional stay!! Loved it!!!!

Only negative was the refrigerator had an annoying buzzing sound, but it worked fine. It was ok because I normally wear ear plugs when I sleep.

It was a pleasant surprise that this facility offered a full hot breakfast rather than the bagged continental breakfasts being served elsewhere. Every member of the staff we encountered was so friendly and eager to help in any way they could, and we felt that we were appreciated. The icing was when management took the time to approach each guest in during breakfast to say hello and make sure our needs were being met. First class service all the way.

The only thing I’d suggest would be better bed pillows and a standard coffee maker in the room, so that I could have brewed the coffee of my choice.

The room was really nice. We had plenty of room and everything we could possibly need. The staff was so very kind and friendly. Never once did I get the feeling that staff was just there to do a job, they made all seemed to enjoy being there as much as we did. The breakfast was really good. So many choices and so relaxed. WE do plan to go back soon.

I would have liked a view of the ocean, but we were close enough that we could walk to the beach and enjoy life.

When we go to the coast this is our favorite place to stay.

The information on the web site had wrong information. The one that was so disappointing was it says the pool is closed and it isn't. I did not bring a bathing suit. The other thing is the very poor selection of food available in the morning. How about including some fruit. This time of year apples are reasonably priced. Bananas are normally at a good price. I know other fruits can be expensive.
