Overall it is pretty quiet minus the helicopters every 20 minutes that fly over the top of the building that's from the airport here in troutdale they have four helicopters that do that all day long and into the night but it's not too bad it's the train that might scare the crap out of you in the middle of the night when they honk the horns but other than that this is much better than most of the motel 6 is out there I've stayed at a lot of them and I got to say that some of them are pretty run down and disgusting but overall the front staff they hire is usually on point which is the same here the front staff I'm pretty impressed with

I didn't like the fact that when I came in last night the night audit lady which I've never seen her before which was strange but had a customer in there at the front counter and she yelled at me to get out she was supposed to lock the doors a while ago and pushed me out while there was still a customer inside all I was going to do was get an ice bucket and she was very rude and mean about it which it's a surprise because most of the staff are really cool not this lady

Can count on a warm, clean & comfortable place to stay.

Reserved an ADA Disability room as I normally do. Due to mobility concerns & having a documented disability. When I arrived, the room was not available. The Associate was not concerned and said I could request an ADA room the next day. Chose to stay in the room I was already in for the remainder of my stay. I believe if I were in a wheelchair. This situation would not have occurred.

What I did like was everything is low-key staff seems to appreciate us as we are customers unlike some of the other motels

And when I don't like is nothing I'm going to have the curtains open only because when you're sitting inside and the staff housekeeping walks by they always turn and look inside your room so the privacy issue there could be a little different but the people who usually stay at the motels I've never had issues with them really looking in the room they kind of know how it feels other than that it's all cool

I was in the hospitality industry for 17 plus year. Actually an MOD at this particular location for many moons. I recently checked in during the wee( audit) hours due to an unexpected event. It took me down memory lane for sure. However, it was nice to see the remodeled version of M6 but most of all enjoyed the conversation; with the young man that checked me in. I overheard him saying it was his 2nd day on the job and I have to admit he did great. I was impressed and kudos! Also, really enjoyed the GM she was training and very receptive to convo. Thanks for leaving the light on!

Swamp coolers. . . I know it’s an old building and impossible to convert but the AC still runs like a swap cooler.

Laura, Caroline and Shelley were AMAZING! Super helpful and accommodating during and after my trip to the ER for a bronchial infection. Caroline e called everyday to make sure I had everything I needed. These ladies are amazing!

The TV had no cable the whole time I was healing. And snacks in vending machine are a bit pricey. Housekeeping mngr was rude.

This motel is fabulous! It's a good value for the money and the staff is awesome. The location is unbeatable. It's close to the freeway, bus stop, restaurants, and shopping facilities.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Close to the outlet mall and Tesla charging station. I drive a Tesla. The motel is not bad at all. It just needs a bit of upgrade. I paid extra for a room upgrade with the fridge and microwave. Our room was at the ground floor and I could see where our car was parked.

Needs a building upgrade and noise from the freeway.

The room was clean and had updated laminate flooring which I really like. It looks nice and seems very practical to keep clean and sanitized. Much better option than carpet.

Air conditioning unit in room. Central air did not cool the room well and it was stuffy. Keeping the window open was not really an option and the freeway was loud. Next time I would request a room on the opposite side of the building.

From the management all the way down to the housekeepers. They all made me feel at home and safe. They were there if you needed anything and they responded quickly to anything. I've never met a group so in tune with their customers. It's a rare teach you find a place where you feel at home and safe I recommend this motel to everyone.

The GM, Laura was exceptionally accommodating to my circumstances. Shelley and Caroline at the front desk were so friendly and beyond helpful! Thank you all ladies! I will be staying here again, quite soon!
