The hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent (food and service). Rooms are spacious and well lit. I hope I had time to enjoy the pool as it looked very nice. The evening bar is fully equipped, and craft cocktails are excellent. They were very kind with us serving us a last drink late at night when we came back from a concert. I want to find an excuse to be back!

The key with breakfast is the expectations: it's the kind of breakfast for grabbing toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee/tea before you go out and do your things. It works great for that. It's not a sit-down full meal breakfast experience as if it was a brunch restaurant. That is not and you will be disappointed.

Facilities and room were very clean. Staff addressed any issues immediately. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the staff were super attentive, went the extra mile even for the tiniest things.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the bathroom door squeaked loudly, and having the bed next to the window made it hard to sleep even with all the blinds shut.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was good but not as good as a few years ago at Hyatt Place. Beds were comfortable. Location by highway is good to get to other sites in and out of the area.

No drawers in room to store clothes. It could be helpful to have directions for the electric blinds.

This was my first experience of a Hyatt Place (anywhere) and it was exemplary – everyone on staff was gracious and responsive; the design scheme was thoughtful, tasteful, and genuinely restful; and the whole hotel had a light-filled 'new car' feel (in a good way). My room, which was spacious and comfortably full (no tight spaces or cavernous voids), included a sofa nook that felt like a living room and came with a clean, fresh smell as well as a choice of stylish window shades that allowed varying levels of light and privacy. Pillows were comfy, lighting was good, bathroom was spotless with lots of counter space and hooks, towels were fluffy, wifi was super fast, there were helpful extras like a laundry room down the hall, and the ironing board was ingeniously stored. I would very, very happily stay here again.

I'm digging deep, here, as this hotel easily met and amply exceeded my expectations, but: The small rainwater shower head was mounted in such a way that there wasn’t much room to stand under it, and you'll need to use the rolled-up bath mat, as the shower floor gets slippery. The ceiling lights in the hallway and sofa nook appeared to be on a sensor, as they turned off occasionally if I did not move around (great for the environment, startling if you sit still to read). And I would have appreciated a simple hot pot to boil water in addition to the spotless mini-fridge, microwave, capsule coffee maker, and plentiful cups, spoons, and tea bags. Lastly – and I don't know if this was by request or hotel policy – I wish the TV in the lobby had been showing anything but Fox News.

Breakfast is very good, with lots of variety. The coffee is also good which is almost never the case in a free hotel breakfast.

Gets a little pricey at certain times during the year.

I liked the location. Close to places to eat but far enough to provide an open area with a nice view. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. My room was on the 5th floor and location was perfect. The free breakfast was a buffet with so many food choices. I was very impressed. Hi

Only one dislike....the air conditioning system is loud. I'm a light sleeper so I take my ear plugs with me.

The lunch at the restaurant was not of good quality. Good on paper but food was not properly prepared.

Great location and plenty of parking space. Room was so spacious I give it a thumbs up!

The area for snacks was not stock well. Both days empty. No source of variety on food or candy choices.

the hotel and room were great!! This is a very nice new hotel. The room was large and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom and shower were very well designed. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise.

When I booked I did not know there was a very large group of kid's soccer teams staying here.

I like the way the staff were really nice, helping me with what ever I needed. The breakfast was amazing!!! I been in different hotels but this one I give it 100 out off 100. I really recommend it. The pool was awesome my family enjoyed it.
