location to hospital that I work at

what I dod not like was no housekeeping during my week stay I was told I would have to stay 2 weeks in order to get clean towels and clean bedding and if I can not wait two weeks I will need to pay an extra charge to receive clean towels and bedding within my week stay. I’m here for work I’m a traveling nurse. I was also told I could go buy on own bedding and towels. and I’m paying 450 a week.

Breakfast, nor any other meal, was not made available. The bed frame was an unconventional metal frame and was uncomfortably high (I had to crawl in and out of it. Otherwise the room and amenities were pleasant and comfortable. The room deposit fee was higher than that which quoted on Booking.com and U have not heard from the facility about return of the deposit fee although I checked out early.

As I previously mentioned the bed was not a conventional bed frame and was ‘much’ higher than a conventional room/hotel bed, requiring me to ‘climb’ in and out of bed. I was also charged a deposit fee double the deposit quoted by Booking.com

The place was very nice and clean. Camera everywhere. The rooms are very comfortable with a clean refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove.

I didn't like that our room was next to the exit door, and we had a hard time falling asleep at night due to people going in and out at 3am. Maybe they can do something about the door closing so hard. But that was about it.

Value, Comfort, and Cleanliness was good. I felt safe in the area. No issues with staff or other patrons. We used this as a night stop to stay at. Not bad.

We checked in at 9PM and left early morning. This was a quick nightly stay for a shower and a bed. The staff was friendly and nice. The only thing that could have been better were the comfort of the beds, but that didn't even bother my wife and I that much.

I liked that there aren't any carpets in the rooms. I love how clean it is kept. I like the peaceful atmosphere. Great area, near shops and restaurants. I felt safe knowing that there are plenty of cameras on the parking lot..

I wish that the prices were more affordable for the weekends, if you're already staying there the whole week.

It was very accommodating. We had 2 rooms. Having cabinet space and a full size refrigerator makes for an easy weekend especially with 4 kids and a husband.

I didn’t like that the bed in the Queen room is up against the wall so there is only one way on and off. For 2 people. Very inconvenient. No mirror in the room which is odd. I wish they offered continental breakfast or even at least milk for the coffee instead of just powdered cream.

Convenient location, fresh appearance, clean facility, prices very reasonable.

Only one side of the queen room had a nightstand. Toilet seat was cheap (rm 401), it slid around on the toilet.

The room was great

I've been accused of stealing a towel. I've never taken anything that wasn't mine. I don't steal! This happened after I complained about a charge. Also, they charged twice as much for deposit as stated on Booking.com

Not only was the staff helpful, but they were respectful of our privacy and extremeley gracious

Everyone was knowlegeable and quick to provide anything we needed for the room

The location ,cleanliness, price point

They don't give you housekeeping even if you stay more than 2 days You have to bring your dirty sheets up and towels and they give you some at the front desk but you have to put them on yourself
