We especially liked the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning which included hot food such as waffles eggs and home fries as well as coffee and juice and water with ice. The location was great and right in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

It is obviously an older hotel which is fine but we were initially a little nervous when we saw the condition of the hallway and carpet which definitely could use some updating. It is definitely a full service hotel that would be even better with some updates!

I was not able to actually stay in the room.....long story....due to a delayed flight in Pitts I was unable to make the stay here....BUT something to be said about staff they did allow me to utilize the showers 4 hours after the actual check out AFTER i was able to attend the meetings that required my travel....so at least I could return to airport clean and shaven.....My experience with travels and prepaid reservations is that this WAS really a bit unexpected yet very much appreciated have had similar circumstances in the past that hotel management would have charged another day just to do so. I am grateful.

It was really clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and accommodating l. It is very convenient that there is a restaurant on site. Anytime we needed something, someone prioritized getting us what we needed such a towels. The maid service really cleans everything. The shower and bathroom was extremely clean. The pool area was well maintained. The entrance area is beautiful. I would stay there again!

My last room was pretty good, the bathroom could have been a little bit updated, shower head...Besides everything was great!

The bathroom shower head was loose, and when turned on water sprayed onto the floors making it slippery, I had to use towels to dry it.

Clean comfortable, spacious rooms. Adjoining for family. In room coffee, fridge, hair dryer. Loved the inside pool! Loved, loved the continental breakfast included. FANTASTIC. We stay every year at Thanksgiving to visit family. Always look forward to our stay! Booked online. All around GREAT experience, recommend to everyone!

I like the location I have family at the camp ground and it is convenient and you offer light breakfast. We wish you would of offered muffins or donuts.

the indoor court is so pretty and the pool area is very nice. great food at the restaurant and staff is very nice

the water in the shower never got more then warm our whole stay… my daughter was lucky if she could get a full shower before it got cold. I cousin t even get a shower after her because there was not enough hot water at all actually the water was never what I would even call hot. breakfast wasn’t worth it by the time we went down the second day there was like nothing

Liked mostly everything about the hotel. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and we loved looking at all of the Christmas trees on display. Our room was very clean and comfortable and our breakfast was hot and delicious.

Would have liked to have a small trash can in the bathroom area.

I love the hotel and the amenities it had. The pool and restaurant/bar was a nice amenity to have. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

The continental breakfast was not all that great. Some donuts, toast, bagels, and cold cereal. Breakfast options could have been better. Also the toaster burnt the toast. The beds were firm but not all that comfortable. I don't like having smaller than standard pillows. But that seems to be the norm over the last 2 hotels we have stayed at.

Everything … even the breakfast was yummy…. And everybody was hospitable our car broke down in the parking lot after checkout and they let us stay in the room until we found a ride home.

Loved it all !!! Even the inside pool was warmed up so well it was perfect
