Great location on the edge of downtown. The staff was excellent and accommodating when I wanted a room on a higher floor. Parking for $12/day was a little pricey, but so convenient to have the garage across the street. Room is typical Hyatt quality: Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, in a mini suite with a couch and desk separate from the sleeping area. Breakfast was the usual fare- but a step up from other free breakfasts- eggs a bit fluffier, bacon plentiful. Good coffee. We actually are coming back for another stay.

Room was perfect for our stay - I definitely wanted a couch/sitting area separate from the sleeping area, and this did the trick. Shanice (front desk) was super super friendly and very helpful in explaining the parking system.

If you are advertising "Hot breakfast until 9 a.m." then you need to provide FOOD until 9 a.m. We arrived at 8:40 only to be told that what was left was it - she wasn't going to be cooking anything more. I'm sorry, but when there are 6 to 8 people milling about trying to find something HOT to eat, you need to provide them the food promised. There was exactly one small scoop of scrambled eggs - no bacon, 2 breakfast sandwiches, a bowl of hot oatmeal, and 2 ... yes 2 ... slices of bread!! Totally unacceptable. Yes, there were plenty of places we could have eaten for breakfast, but when you are on a budget you pick hotels that offer free HOT breakfast. Total fail here.

The Hyatt in Bethlehem was a saving grace for us in an emergency trip to visit a family member in the hospital. During our trip, we received days of continuous bad news but each night we got back to the hotel and the overnight front desk clerk was so kind and understanding of our situation. From checkin to getting some fresh air in the middle of the night, We couldn’t have asked for a better assistance. She made sure we were taken care of and our needs were met throughout of stay.

We had a very nice stay and used the pool during both days. Our room was very comfortable and the shower was modern and clean. The best part of the hotel was the staff and Kevin in particular was very helpful when I inadvertently left one of our bags behind. We didn’t realize it until we arrived at BWI so we have to FedEx it to our home in Fla. Kevin went to great lengths to ensure our bag made it to us safe and sound and he was very responsive to all of my questions!

The rooms are comfortable with a seating area and nice size desk. The refrigerator is very handy. Room darkening curtains worked well. Overall very well done. The breakfast had a good variety and there is ample seating. The most impressive aspect of the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem is the front desk staff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. They were efficient and patient while guests grappled with bags and questions.

Breakfast to my surprise was more than just Continental, there was some hot foods and many choices. No restaurant on site but lots of nightlife bars and restaurants in walking distance. Small bar service was available near the front desk

Parking was $10 a day offsite. With a passenger with handicap needs this was a little inconvenient. You have to drop off at hotel entrance and then move vehicle into Public Parking facility across the local street

All the staff were amazing up until check out. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was beyond amazing.

when I checked out I was charged for 3 days of parking, but I didn’t have a car. I shared when I checked in that I didn’t have a car, so no license plate was given. when I shared the error the front desk staff then removed 1 of the 3 days. I tried to share that she didn’t remove the other 2 and she just stared at me as if I was wrong. I had a time commitment so I had to leave. it was a very disappointing ending to what had been an almost perfect stay.

Have stayed here three times in recent years and plan to return whenever we visit Moravian U. Enjoy the room layout, comfort, hotel location, friendly staff, and easy parking access.

It is a waste of time to fold the toilet paper into a point, but it seems that Corporate wants this to continue as some sort of fancy look. What I desire in hotels is cleanliness and comfort - never frivolous touches like pointed toilet paper ends! I've talked with many hotel staff about this and the majority are in agreement with me: A WASTE OF TIME.

Size of the room, location of the hotel and service from the staff. Also, we had a problem with our reservation and Shanize was very patient, considerate and understanding. She helped resolved the issue with a smile.

Ate at the breakfast dining room for 4 days and the food was exactly the same for the whole time. Also, called before 9 am one of the days to get a roll of toilet paper and was told to come down to the lobby as they didn't have anyone to bring it up to us.

Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. Staff was very pleasant throughout the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Early in the day we knew we would have a late check in so we notified the hotel, they said no problem. upon arrival they did not have a double queen as booked, this posed a problem for my wife and I traveling with our grandson. Reservations need to be honored if you want repeat patrons.
