Stayed here a few years ago. and loved it! Was excited to stay again! Loved the pool, and the hot tub. Pool and hot tub was main decision to stay both years ago, and now! Rooms were comfy and clean.. I appreciated the posted "quiet hours", so many places tend to be noisy well after a reasonable time. Staff was very polite and awesome and had great sense of humor. (Im a smart alec through and through) Didn't like the $20 ammenity fee at first, (What you didn't use got credited back though) Hadn't planned on using it at firsr, but did end up getting a few items after all, and still had money left over that was credited back. Breakfast offered a great variety, and you've got to have one of their cinnamon buns!

The cable. Didn't really have a great selection of channels,. We swear the last time there was more channels than basic cable to choose from. We like to watch TV as we settle in at bedtime, and first had a hard time getting channel menu to work, and what was offered fell flat and not really what we like to watch.

Gat facility with friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it due to time constraints. Store area in the lobby might have been the best I’ve seen with lots of little traveling goodies and necessities

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Needed more food than they could handle - bacon and sausage were in shot supply and they would only bring out a little at a time so they were constantly running out.

Easy to get there from the highway but there isn’t much around as restaurants go. The staff is very nice and the hotel is extremely clean and seems new. Bed was comfy. Shower was great.

Breakfast was a little skimpy and they seemed to be running out of food half an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, lobby shop had everything we needed, indoor pool and hot tub were huge clean and warm, gym had a nice variety of equipment and clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was nice decent selection and attendants were working hard to clean and bring out new hot food.

Beds were very comfortable, noon check out is appreciated, free breakfast, staff responsive was excellent, rooms clean and quiet. Check out very easy

The breakfast was good. The only problem was the buffet line ran out of different hot items like bacon or sausage gravy for the biscuits and there was a wait over 10 minutes for those items to be replenished.

We will always choose IHG Breezewood. It's become an annual event for our racing family. Always friendly and helpful staff. Super clean facilites. Breakfast is good. Pool and hot tub are an awesome bonus.

Easy access location, right off the highway! Only downside was no store nearby. 15 miles to the nearest grocery store. But the lady at the desk gave me easy instructions and was so very sweet! Would definitely stay again!

Good location, clean room and facilities, mostly friendly staff.

I’m not sure why overpowering air freshener is used in cleaning but heavy floral chemical fragrance doesn’t equal a clean room. It was almost too much to take. Eliminate this and the place could be nearly perfect for business travel.
