I was very pleased that the rooms were exactly as they were displayed online. Although I didn't spend much time in the room due to personal issues that needed my attention, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The best part of my stay was breakfast. While some places offer only a continental-style breakfast, this was not the case here. There was everything from cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, orange juice, coffee, and tea. They also had eggs and turkey sausage, which was a HUGE PLUS! And they even had a wafflemaker! Overall, the breakfast was the highlight of each morning of my stay!

It may seem miniscule, but I would suggest to have the current toaster replaced. It's a 4-slicer but on one side works. This causes a wait for guests to toast their bread or bagel. I would also suggest to purchase a toaster wide wide openings made specifically for bagels. Trying to insert a bagel doesn't work. I had to kind of press the bagel down to make it thin enough to insert it into the toaster

I appreciated that the free airport shuttle was only a 10-minute wait after I called the hotel. The shuttle driver was very friendly and compassionate after my airport drama. I appreciated (as someone with gluten intolerance) that breakfast had fresh fruit. All staff was friendly and I was given a late check out when I explained my late flight issue.

The bed pillows were small-ish and in a square shape. I needed to readjust them flatter for my comfort. I like a fluffier bed comforter vs something thinner. It wasn't that big of an issue, I'm no stranger to requesting an extra blanket.

Really smooth check in, and had a room with shower instead of a bath which is amazing it’s such a rare occasion that I get one of these that I always am over the moon about it. I also had a fridge with a tiny freezer and a microwave. Really great. All I would need. Comfortable bed and air conditioning I was happy with everything. Maybe except the shuttle information. The email sent info about the old location according to the airport person I talked to but at the airport it’s visibly signposted and you can ask people

I travelled solo to Philly for the first time, tbh. Before coming to this hotel I wasn't sure about this place. But the moment I checked-in it was all smooth. The front desk staff was quick and friendly. They gave me a good view room. The breakfast was really good. Thanks to Nita and the housekeeping team for cleaning my room within time. Please alow pets at your hotel. I wish I could bring mine. The front desk guy said that soon you guys are going to allow it. If yes I'm all in at your hotel.

Convenient location near the airport, spacious rooms, and a very attentive and professional staff. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome and exhibited a very high level of appreciation for staying at this property. We already have a reservation set up for our next stay, and so much of it has to do with the hospitality exhibited by the staff!

Overall everything was satisfying

There were lots and lots of little tiny ants all over the floor. Not just in one spot. They were everywhere. I almost had to ask for another room. It was late when I checked in though so I didnt know if anything would be available plus I was really really tired. Floor was also filthy!! Needed to be mopped badly. My socks were black after walking around in there with no shoes on.

We had to make a last minute switch to this hotel and the staff was so helpful and accommodating getting us booked and settled in. I wish I could remember his name but the main gentlemen who checked us in is the man! I made a few mistakes with my booking and he was so helpful and fixed everything. It was a great 2 nights!

Perfect hotel to stay near the airport. Our flights got canceled and I booked this hotel as airlines left us stranded. The shuttle pick up was prompt and the staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast is a plus. Overall a good choice for a reasonable price.

The room was very clean - smelled like it was freshly sanitized soon as we walked in the door! The entire hotel was very clean: interior, exterior - everywhere! The daily continental breakfast was definitely a nice touch; the staff was very courteous, also; it was a very good atmosphere in the entire facility!

We came downstairs for breakfast around 8:30 a.m.: the scrambled eggs & orange juice were out - that's ok, but the dining room attendant said they were out; I'm pretty sure the hotel can afford more (along with other types of juices, e.g. apple, grape). We were going to complain to management, but kept cool; however, someone besides us must've complained, because for the next 2 mornings of our stay, the dining room attendant was well on top of things when items ran out - nothing wrong with quickly correcting a deficiency!!

Very good location. The access to highway was very easy. The restaurant on site was also good. Very quite neighborhood. The view from the room was of the university campus and was pleasant. The staff was super friendly.

One side of the hotel was little distressed but nothing to worry about.
