Easy to find, size and cleanliness of the room, liked that the shower was separate from the toilet, needs were comfortable, adequate space to be comfortable with a family of five.

When booking, the website said that parking was free but at the hotel was informed it was $10/day. The breakfast was good but wish there was more variety with the hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage both days, DIY waffles only one of the mornings). The shower drain was clogged and ended up standing in shin-deep water and it took quite awhile (15+ minutes) to drain after shower.

From the moment me and my spouse walked in at 9 PM we were greeted very nicely. We went up to our room, very spacious, very clean, and the hotel seem very nice.

Me and my spouse were very disappointed that the pool was not working. We should have been informed through a email or phone call that the pool was not working. It was one of the main reason I chose this hotel.

The location was very convenient, very close to the airport and close to places to eat. I arrived earlier than expected becuse of flight cancelations I had to take an earlier flight and the staff was exceptional I was greeted by Jen at the front desk she was super amazing, very professional, one of the best hotel representatives I have had the pleasure of being assisted by. The shuttle drivers Andrea was very friendly, great attitude. Amazing experience upon arrival.. speaking of consistency in the afternoon after shift change I was greeted by front desk representative Winter and she was awesome answer all my questions I had about places in the area and gave directions, she had a very pleasant attitude. Tara the shuttle driver was also very friendly and attentive.The facility was very clean, I loved the room it was excellent. I used the gym and they had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable..

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was exceptional .

the hotel was great! the room was clean and the location of the hotel was a perfect distance to Lincoln financial field. we were in town for the taylor swift concert and staff was able to accommodate our early check in request so we could get to the concert early to beat traffic.

Convenient, clean, comfortable & affordable

$10 to park in the parking lot, not parking deck. I didn’t find out until check in. It’s on the hotel’s website, but since I booked through booking.com, the confirmation I received from them said parking was free.

Loved that it was close to the airport and not far from Delaware. The facility was clean and the bed comfortable. No mold in the shower, so kudos there. I felt safer at SpringHill than the vacation rental I booked online and did not stay even one night. I booked SpringHill the same night and enjoyed my stay. As a single female traveling alone, safety is paramount! Loved the bar tender. He was very friendly. Made my stay all the more enjoyable talking to a nice bartender and the other guests!

I appreciate that breakfast was included but it is still lacking. I’m not trying to be picky, but for a nice hotel such as this, you can do better with breakfast. Your breakfast didn’t push you to 4star quality for me. Loved the coffee, though!

Refrigerator was broken for our whole stay. And we never received housekeeping service for the whole 4 day stay. We went to desk to get clean towels.

The $10 parking fee. That I had to go to the desk to get towels. While I did not need my room cleaned every day for the money I did expect them to check if we needed items like towels, toilet paper etc.

Our stay was great, from check in to breakfast to check out. Walking in, I was impressed with the look of the interior. It was sharp and clean and accomodating. The whole building smelled clean.

I didn't like paying $10.00 to park in an open, outside lot , but I understand why it is necessary.

As a solo female travel I have to feel safe in hotel otherwise I can sleep well, in my room were two doors at first I was confuse or scared, but there were locked and the hotel looked very safe. I like the pool is not to big and not to small. The breakfast was very good and they have hot breakfast and cool breakfast and both are good. The shuttle was a bit serious but kind and you have to be waiting the shuttle 5 minutos before the time that you scheduled. The bedroom was huge, has a sofa, desk, microwave and refrigerator. Definitely I will be stay in another ocasión.

I think is very expensive but is worth it as a female solo travel.
