Pool was great.

Check in didn’t go well. The Booking.com credit card was rejected. I had to use my own card. When the hotel added $10 for incidentals, the Booking.com credit card rejected the different price. Doesn’t booking.com know that hotels need to charge for incidentals? I worked out the issue myself with the hotel manager.

soap in this hotel is being changed from barsoap to liquid gel in shower. but I was told the liquid soap hasnt come in yet, but there was no barsoap in my room, I had to send the front desk clerk on a hunt for some. was given one bar of soap....I asked for another. just because the liquid soap hasnt come in yet is not a valid reason not to have any alternate in the room.

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great! Liked the body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower! Also appreciated the two water bottles freely given

I thought the price was a little steep for an overnight stay, but I know prices are rising on everything! I'm a senior citizen and we have to make our money go a long ways

Beds are super comfy! Staff was beyond helpful! Breakfast was hot and delicious. Overall it was a nice stay.

The sink was dirty. After my stay I had some lady call me and say my card declined. I paid at the hotel and it went through. When I tried to explain that to her, she was rude and kept telling me my card declined and I need to pay for my room. I told her that when I booked through booking.com and gave them my confirmation number, they couldn't find it and I wasn't in the system. So I had to buy another room. She said I stayed in room 213 and I told her no it was 303. She then got quiet and said "oh I see it now. Thank you " and hung up. I didn't even get an apology. For the price I paid, you'd think I would be treated better.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, location was very convenient if you’re just passing by, very close to highway, and there are restaurants, Walmart and a gas station close by

The breakfast was great. It had good variety.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The down duvet was too warm for the summer months.

Clean rooms and pool and always as always the staff is kind and helpful and a great breakfast every time

I stay there every year on new years with my children and I never have complaints

Good. We liked the breakfast sandwich with sausage and cheese.

On May 22 we were in room 206. I thought the toilet was too low. Also there was a chair by the desk that was too low. I was trying to eat and write there also. Beds and all else was just fine.
