Pool area was nice and gave us a place to hangout. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The staff was very nice and helpful. Was quiet and able to relax and was easy to get to. Would definitely stay again

I was surprised to find out that the restaurant and bar was closed. They had a lot of wasted area in the courtyard could have made use of the nice area more. The gym area was all cardio no lifting equipment at all.

Realized after we checked in that there were rooms that opened into the pool area. Went back up to the front counter and asked if we could change and was accommodated very cheerfully, my kids were happy and so we were happy. Breakfast was good not much variety

Really liked the location but it could use a little renovation and updating.

That the facility and rooms were clean, thoroughly vacuumed, etc. The staff was friendly, efficient, and responsive to my needs as a person with a disability.

The carpet heading out the side door was dirty and worn-needs to be replaced. I would like the peep hole on the door to be able to be covered.

Excellent location! We were happy with the accommodations, and the price. We did have a problem with the heating unit in our first floor room. I contacted the front desk and within a few moments, we had service. However, we went from too cold, to much too warm. We simply turned off the unit and opened the doors to achieve a moderate temperature. The night sleep was a bit uncomfortable with the lack of air circulation. The interior pool area was availed to us but, like everyone else, the COVID kept us from using this amenity. Beautiful venue! Breakfast was a themed,”Grab N’ Go!” Breads were cellophane wrapped, and in keeping with COVID restrictions, everything was packaged, or bottled. Excellent breakfast facility under our present pandemic environment. We would go back.

Staff is wonderful and has done great work fixing it up. My family n I stay there often and have noticed the great work they have done bringing the place back.

the indoor pool.

the room could of been a little cleaner. there were dust balls in the bathroom and we seen ketchup packet by bed n fork by the dresser. also it was listed to have a coffee pot, so we brought coffee n creamer to find out there really wasn’t.

convenience and price

the staff person at the front desk didn’t welcome us or look at me when I arrived, just quickly asked for Identification and CC. no hello or greeting.

Size of the room. Very clean. Great shower. Room looks very nice. Nice looking lobby.

We put the AC thermostat on low and the room never cooled low enough to be comfortable. Disappointed that no coffee in the room. That's important for us. Courtyard near the pool area is very messy and needs vaccumed.

The staff was friendly. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and dining!

It wasn't bad, but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Good Location and comfortable clean room.

The entrance from our side of the hotel was closed but it was not big deal.
