Front Desk staff at check in was very nice and and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised that you increased the number of times the room was cleaned during my week long stay

You should go back to cleaning the room every day. Seems that prices are up and service is down

The facility location is convenient to where we were to attend a function and since we had stayed there previously it met our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this facility.

I would have liked to have booked directly with the facility rather than through booking.com. I could possibly have been able to get a discount being a member of the AAA. That of course was my mistake not yours...

The mattress was extra firm. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner is good. Room clean.

The breakfast option is a very expensive Starbucks only. Only one person Staffing in the morning is expected to serve 10 other people at the same time. He was a tremendous worker, but no one should be expected to deliver great customer service in that environment.

Staff was very helpful and friendly when dealing with our dog needs. Had a nice fenced grass courtyard.

Location is in a corporate park, so a bit isolated, and limited dining options. But has fantastic views of the area and lots of shopping and dining options within a short car ride.

The hotel was clean and modern. Close to amenities and where I needed to be during the day. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very professional and polite .The food was delicious . Wings and salted caramel cheese cake, yummy.

Facility and staff are so dog friendly. Dog walking path convenient. This is Zeus’s second stay and he gives it a four paws up rating!

The room was spacious and clean. The location is right next to a major artery to go into the city but the hotel is set in a green wooded area and we saw deer coming out of the woods! The hotel provides a nice continental breakfast which is complimentary. Great Starbucks coffee, too!

The hotel was clean the beds were so comfortable. They didn't have an open restaurant but I understood because of covid they did have the bar open and all of the staff from check-in to the bartender that we interacted with went above and beyond for service a little pricey but I really think it was worth it in this case great stay

Dog walking area large, easily accessible & scenic. In a quiet area convenient to shopping. Hotel staff extremely friendly & accommodating to our GSD. Would recommend to dog owners!
