Staff was very nice. My applause to the staff at the dining area Saturday morning 3/30/24. One worked was rapidly cleaning the tables, (at times the same tables twice!) and they were on point with keeping the busy dining room moving. Nice job.

Noticed the trash bins were overflowing outside in the evening. I did tell the front desk. It was better the next morning. Maybe they need to be kept up with more frequently? Thought it was not pleasant when customers drove up to hotel.

The room was completely well organized and secure. Very clean, comfortably decorated. Excellent use of space. The staff was very friendly, informative and patient. Breakfast was good, dinning facilities were clean, and presented a wonderful atmosphere. Cook staff, made sure food was plentiful, organized and readily available. Day manager worked diligently to keep these orderly and pleasant for guests.

I feel silly writing this, but I would have preferred a more firmer pillow…this comment is strictly my personal preference. The bed felt excellent.

The staff was very friendly. This property was a great value for the money. Breakfast offered great selection.

I was extremely uncomfortable with my room location. As a professional woman traveling alone, I was placed in the first room on the first floor. I was very uncomfortable sleeping and felt unsafe. I was told that was the only room that was clean at the time, however I checked in at around 4:30 p.m. although my check-in time was 3:00 p.m.

Hyatt House KoP was welcoming with their water available upon entry and the staff at the desk greeted me with a smile. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was a little bit too high. Even though I'm tall, I had to go on my toes to get into bed but once in, it was comfy. The bacon was a little overcooked at breakfast.

Breakfast was good, variety of choices through the week. Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities and friendly staff.

The pool was only open once during our stay due to maintenance issues. There was also fire alarm system testing sporadically through the day, which was quite loud and startling at times. Overall, it was a good trip despite the unexpected circumstances.

Kitchenette, pots, pans, silverware, electric stove, Walmart was less than 3 minutes away, though we stayed in a one bedroom felt like two because it was a suite with double closed doors and privacy from the kiddos, clean, two TVs in the suite lobby and lounge area decorated beautifully breakfast fresh and good

That the swimming pool closes at 10:00 but not staff fault we checked in super late than expected, wished hours were longer for pool time

Very spacious room. Staff was able to accommodate all requests in a timely manner. Great location with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.

The shower/bathtub drained extremely slowly. The staff was informed of this so hopefully it is taken care of. The burner for the kitchenette was very low in temperature making cooking or boiling anything take ages.

Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and then it was closed while we were there. Was not notified of the change, wouldn't have known until I looked at my reservation before we left and then it was too late to find something else.

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I plan on returning soon.

The only thing is the air conditioning unit, just a little more cooler in it would have been a perfect experience. I would still return

We have stay here on several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is top notch. The atmosphere is great. The location is perfect.

Keep the bar open a little later! at least until midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
