First time staying at this hotel, and I will say this is one of the better hotels to stay at in the city. Check in staff was great. He was very friendly and courteous. The balcony was nice, it had two chairs and a small table. It would be a nice spot to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The balcony faces the bay and is away from the road, so it was quiet. Used a rollaway bed and it was what you would expect. It was clean and my son found it comfortable.

The room was surface clean. On the balcony there an old beer can that had cigarettes in it. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. It was very dirty and stained, so we just used the sofa as a bed instead. The bathroom was pretty clean, but the shower walls needed a better scrub. There was something that looked like blood on the wall. The room itself was good, the deadbolt on the door to the balcony was finicky, but nothing major. A one off I am sure, I prefer the Marriot brand of hotels.

We got a bayview room and the view was incredible. The hotel is great with modern amenities and design. The staff did a very good job. It was also nice to have a breakfast place and a hotel bar for an evening drink.

Two little things. The parking was more expensive than I thought it would be . . more than I pay for a day in downtown Pittsburgh. The side door when you bring in a luggage card did not have an automatic opener. Makes it a challenge when you are trying to get a full cart in and out of the door by yourself.

The misunderstanding about the parking. The sign said $14.00 for parking which was by the covered parking lot so I didn’t park there. I parked in the open regular parking area understanding that there was no charge. But I got charged anyway. I travel a lot and never had to pay for parking unless it’s a special area in this case a covered area. I didn’t think that was right, especially with traveling/price of gas, so far to stay at your hotel. If noticed during my stay that a lot of adults just sat or stood around. Just a Suggestion would be set horse shoe areas or cornhole areas in the grass yard for activity involvement.

Amazing ambiance here! My husband and I found ourselves stranded here during a snowstorm and not only is every item on the menu delicious (and we tried everything), the staff and management of this establishment give a genuine red carpet experience! In the midst of my most stressful experience, I was made to feel safe, special, and right at home.

The restaurant had great food and service. The room was clean and roomy.

I did reservations online for a king bed room and when we checked in we were not told you over sold king bed room until i got to the room and i got two queen bed room and paid the exact same amount. I mean i should have been informed at check in and not when i got to my room and also when i called about it told me it would be cheaper but it wasn’t.

My room did not have a lake view, but a view to the courtyard which was ok. I got there late and left early so even with the most fantastic lakefront view I would not have enjoyed it as much as if I were traveling for leisure. The restaurants in front of the hotel increase the dining options. I loved the fact that The Oyster Bar was pretty much across the street.

Breakfast is being offered through a partnership with Starbucks and the hotel. But it was a bit slow for business travelers like me. The line was long and to fetch the meals took a while. Luckily, I had some spare time but that is not the case most of the time. Hot drinks were prepared on the spot.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was located within 5 minutes of where we needed to be the next day.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The place was beautiful and clean. The people were friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect, staff were super friendly and accommodating, food was delicious, and my child absolutely loved the pools. (Okay, I loved the infinity pool too)

The neighbors were a bit noisy up until a little after midnight and you could hear them as if they were sitting at the foot of the bed through one of those door that would join the two rooms.

We stayed here because it was very close to a hospital we needed. The room was great; view was okay because of the location of our room, was not prepared to not have breakfast included. Discounted parking was wonderful since we were using the hospital services.

We do not like Starbucks coffee. Breakfast included would have been appreciated even though we could only eat one morning out of two. We've never stayed at a Courtyard before so we will do more homework on the facility before our next hotel stay.

I appreciated having a charging station in the garage for my electric car. The location right on the lake was great. We enjoyed our meal on the patio overlooking the lake; the server was terrific and went way out of her way to make us and our doggie comfortable. I also appreciated the exercise room -- good size and ample equipment.
