Very clean and comfortable. good value. good variety and quality of breakfast options. good mattresses.

only complaint is that the comforter was so big and fluffy, it was also too warm and the only bedding option beyond being covered only by a sheet. no balance between too cold and too hot while sleeping.

The gal who checked us in was phenomenal. Hotel still very accommodating for Covid-19 cleanliness to include disinfectant for the remote control. The room was HUGE! Beds were oh so comfy. Places to sit in the room besides just on the beds. The breakfast offered an amazing spread. The gal refilling it kept up nicely and kept the area clean.

No fans in the bathroom. Shower pressure not the greatest but not bad. Did not realize the breakfast bar continued around the wall to offer additional selections. In their defense, there was a sign, none of us saw it.

Breakfast was good (big waffle and small waffle maker), was able to get in a lot earlier than expected (12pm instead of 3pm) and very friendly and helpful staff.

Being right next to the Highway you could hear a lot but thats expected. I also couldn't find a way to have a constant fan from the air controller. Thats not a huge thing, probably just couldnt figure it out (maybe a digital display for future room update?).

The messages from Rena before and during our stay to see that things were correct brought great comfort to us. Everyone that we encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt extremely welcomed. The bed was extremely comfortable, spacious bedroom and bathroom. We will use this facility anytime that we are in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The best thing was the pillows but all Hampton Inns have them. But the thing I really liked was the black out blinds!! I have never been in any hotel where the light did not come in the window. The way the edges of the blinds fit into slots was great!! I usually have to pin up towels. There was still too much light in the room ( clock , microwave, under the door, fire alarm etc.) but this was certainly an improvement as there is always a lot of light outside hotels. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The first day we missed half the breakfast as it was around the corner. I miss the cookies in the evening that Hampton Ins used to have.

Wow! Not enough space to write it all! This has been one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced! Great accommodations - so clean and well cared for, friendly employees from the welcome to the breakfast to the check out! What I will say is that in this time where people are short staffed everywhere, it speaks volumes about your team and company that folks have worked here for 20 years! And that loyalty shows in how I saw them treat guests and each other! When visiting family here in Erie, I will always stay here at this Hampton Inn.

There are zero complaints about this hotel!

Breakfast was great and it was nice to have an area big enough for more than 5 people to eat in. Peggy and Joyce were very helpful and friendly as they attended to the guests needs with a smile. Shelly, the front desk clerk couldn't have done a better job making my wife and I feel more comfortable. Rooms and hotel facilities were neat and clean. Great value for the money. 5 stars.

The staff was exceptional!!!!!!!

The sheets. The sheets are what keep me coming back. This time the sheets were good quality utilitarian sheets. Not the luxury sheets I’m used to. This might be because of the rigorous cleaning rituals necessitated by the pandemic. —- Very thin walls. Fortunately my neighbor was mostly quiet. —- Some of the extras were missing. I suspect it is very difficult to keep a hotel running during the pandemic and scaling back was an economic necessity.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and spotless. The three layers of curtains kept the room dark as well as quiet from outside noise. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff was friendly and gave us recommendations of different places to visit. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept it very clean and sanitized. I would definitely stay again.

If i had to pick one thing it would be the shower wasnt forceful enough.
