We stayed here on our visit to Hershey Park. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable, and conveniently around 20 minutes from the park. It was nice to have the option of a hot breakfast before leaving for the day (sandwiches, waffle maker, yogurt with toppings, toast, bagels and a couple cereals), and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was nice to have a little sitting area and not just a bed and bathroom, and a bigger fridge, microwave, and bowls, plates, utensils, if you brought your own food back. The rooms were cleaned every other day, and the staff were friendly. We would stay again if we came back!

We had a great stay- if anything maybe more fruit and cereal options at breakfast for pickier eaters.

We always enjoy staying at Home2Suites because of the room and amenities .

The room’s bathroom faucet was very loose, there weren’t enough towels and we needed to request for more. The biggest disappointment was when we went down to breakfast ( about 1/2 hour before closing), there was nothing left and the lady working said what was in front was all that was left. We stay at many Home2Suites and they stay stocked up until the close of the breakfast. We ended up going out for breakfast. We weren’t the only ones who mentioned this. Breakfast should be stocked until close. Other than that, the stay was good and close to restaurants, shopping and the highways.

Self service for waffle making....was always messy because kids were allowed to make waffles' and use the waffle maker. Maybe delegate that task to hotel staff or don't allow kids to use the machine. Also some of the lights in our room didn't work, nor the garbage disposal.

Modern facility with amenities such as a gym, indoor pool and outdoor area. Good breakfast options. Nice little shopping center nearby which offers convenience. Rooms were large and comfortable with a kitchenette. Very cozy and spacious room.

We stayed when there were a lot of families there so getting breakfast was chaotic. Not the staff's fault.

Super cute hotel. Room was clean and quaint. They provided all essential needed for your stay. Property has a gym and a pool which is great. The breakfast area is also a nice added bonus. Across the street there is a nice Italian restaurant and a Starbucks. If you’re on a budget crackle barrel is a 1 minute walk. Would recommend to anyone.

I liked the room layout and the cleanliness of hotel. Also a good location right off the highway and close to shopping center. The breakfast was ok, standard hotel breakfast.

Check in was ok, Person seemed new and slow, needed help to work the computer. Could be more welcoming.

Everything was fantastic... The staff was PHENOMENAL. Absolutely wonderful humans, above par. Kathy who runs breakfast, that woman is a special human, she needs recognition. I'll definitely be using this hotel in the future ☺️

The other guests, but that's not Hiltons issue. Hahaha. I commend you all for the things you put up with. Takes a saint.

Easy to find and the staff was great. Theo went above and beyond.

The couch in the room looked old and the curtain divider was unique. I think maybe fresh carpet would be good. I wish there were potatoes for breakfast as advertised on the elevator wall.

Very clean and well maintained. Tanya at front desk was warm and inviting. The property is located in a well lit area which did not appear to be in a high crime area.

The breakfast had rubbery egg omelets that were not very flavorful or inviting to eat.

The location was in a good convenient area. The breakfast can be more homemade than microwaveable.

The pillow where too soft and the room needed a little more cleaning ( dishwasher was dirty, and garbage was left under the dishwasher).
