The Front Desk Was very Helpful and Nice Check in and Check Out Was Great and Easy This Hotel Is Very Close to Sesame Place in Langhorne PA Everything Was Nice and Clean and Neat

They Did Not Have Plates and Forks or Spoons and a Water dispenser or fountain They Have a ice Machine Snack Machine and a Drink Machine They did not have a wash machine or dryer for customers to use to wash their own clothes but beside all that it’s a good and great hotel for family vacation

The rooms are remodeled very nice and the pricing was really fair.

The tub was filthy! I stay at the Ref Roof from time to time over the course of the past 10-15 years, one time lived there for Months bc the location is perfect for me. Every time I stay the tub is dirty! I have to take a shower using one of the towels as a shower mat. I keep forgetting to keep my shower shoes with me. However no one should have to wear flip flops in the shower of a hotel. The clerk wasn’t too pleasant either but it was a smooth transaction. He just didn’t greet me or say ANYTHING during the transaction, nothing. No have a good night, no nothing. He just gave me my key and receipt. Didn’t say sign it or anything but I knew to sign. It was weird but he was very fast with the transaction.

no trash can liners under the bags in the cans. had to find grocery bags for our trash. One bath towel was clearly dirty with black soil and pubic hair!!!!! Alarm clock was decimated- sounded like marbles in it when you moved it around. Why is it even in the room? There was a lot of dirt on the floor near the sink, even a piece of pretzel under the sink area.

tub didn’t drain properly, and noticed some mold on the shower curtain. both fixable. also no cameras outside, my husband had to leave the room at night as I was not comfortable going alone due to this

The only issue I had is when I wiped a spot on the toilet, it came off. That made me feel that it wasn't cleaned properly, or @ all. Also, there wasn't a full roll of tissue, so when my partner went to get another roll, he said he felt harassed because staff was questioning him about his room # & didn't want to give him the tissue in his hand, but instead bring it to the room. I'm sorry, but when you gotta go, u gotta go‼️

It’s a close place to stay with children when you are visiting Sesame Place

I Come to this Hotel Every Year Every room Have something wrong with it nothing crazy ever time something small But This time the room I was in needed a new Lightbulb that’s near the sink

how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was

the bathroom was the only issue. the bath was disgusting and it wouldn’t drain

Room was clean, it was fine for a short overnight, but i can't exactly rave. Will say great water pressure in the shower.

Tub had rust stains in it from shower head. VERY tight in bathroom trying to close the door. A/C very noisy but it did work.

The hotel itself was good just that in the booking I almost got charge for 2 rooms

My bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all it was a nice room

The front desk ladies went above and beyond for me and my kids to make sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely be back.
